| Hey what’s up guys I’m new to this site so I just wanted to introduce myself and give a little background information. Age: 27 Height: 5’6” Weight: 177 BF%: around 10% Training Experience: 5-6 years Goals: Finish up cutting then put on some solid muscle. I started out really fat and really weak. Weighed about 235 lbs. I was sick of being fat so I started eating right and training. Got stuck on the on “losing weight” and dropped to 130 lbs, losing what little muscle I had. I was looking to get a 6-pack and thought if I just lost weight I would get it. At this point I realized there was more to it and if I ever wanted to reach my goals I’d have to put on some muscle. I corrected my diet and training and gained some muscle over the next few months. Right around this time superdrol (a legal/grey market oral steroid) came out. I read up on it and decided to use it. It was a stupid move b/c I could have easily made the gains without it. I learned from this and kept training for a while. Later on looking for that quick edge I used it again. After this I was done with it forever. I decided if I was going to use steroids it would only be a traditional AAS with research backing it. Then my friend gave me a bottle of Tren. It looked like some shit made in some kids basement. I didn’t trust it at all, not too mention tren really wouldn’t be a good choice for a first time AAS user, so I just trashed it (I contemplated selling it, but my conscious wouldn’t let me sell something that I didn’t think was safe). At this point I decided it was best to wait until I could get something from a reliable source and I just continued to lift and train and learn more. About 2 months ago I bought myself Anabolics 2007 and have been reading over this book. I also have been browsing different forums, which has led to an overall high amount of conflicting information. This pretty much brings you all up too speed on where I’m at (If you bothered reading this, LOL) Also during this time I tried out pretty much every supplement you could imagine, some helped some didn’t. Diet: I usually eat 6 meals a day consisting of protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats. On wourkout days I have a post workout shake with carbs (simple and complex) and whey protein. My last meal be bed is cottage cheese, peanut butter, and veggies. Here are my usual calorie sources -protein sources (steaks, chicken, tuna, lean ground beef, whey protein, fish, egg whites/whole eggs, and skim milk) -complex carbs (steel cut oats, sweet potatoes, brown rice…) -Veggies (broccoli, asparagus, spinach, salads) -healthy fats (avocados, almonds, fish oil, natural peanut butter, whole eggs) Also lots of water Workout Regimen: Varies from 3-5 times a week depending on my time restrictions. Focused primarily on compound lifts. Sleep: I usually sleep 8-9 hours daily Regular Supplements Whey Protein Fish Oil Multi Vitamin Creatine MACA ***Then I’ll usually try out something new here and there*** Anyway I was thinking of using one of these stacks for my first cycle (whenever I find a reliable source): 1.)Test E Week 1-10 Test E 500mg/week 2.)Test E/ Equipoise or DECA Week 1-10 Test E 250-500mg Week 1-10 Equipoise 250-500mg ***Still a little uncertain on high how the dosage should be*** 3.)Deca/D-bol Week 1-10 Deca 300mg Week 4-10 Dianabol 20mg daily With Nolva and Clomid for PCT HCG? (still confused on this, is it best on cycle, post cycle? So far from my research the advice has been conflicting) Along with some overall health support supplements: liv52 Fish Oil AI cycle support containing: Red Yeast Rice 1200 mg Silymarin (milk thistle extract) 1000 mg NAC 1200 mg Hawthorn Berry 1000 mg Saw Palmetto 300 mg Policosonol 20 mg Celery Seed Extract 150 mg Nettle Root 250 mg Idebenone 100 mg Remember guys I’m not nowhere near starting a cycle I’m just trying to introduce myself and gather some information/advice/criticism. | sleep 8-9hrs a week??? you may wanna increase that a bit bro :laughing: also i wouldnt use DECA at first but thats just me i would say run Test E for a starter, and possibly some anavar but i wouldnt get to crazy. Test E alone is always a good starter cycle. instead of fish oil get krill oil, its better for ya doest get rancid like fish oil can causing the free rads in the system and im not 100% here but Nolva is normally like an EOD or E3D during cycle and clomid is usually for PCT so you can help keep yr gains afterwards gl with it and keep doing your research |

| Wow thanks for the quick response! Haha, I fixed the sleeping part. Yeah I was thinking the Test E stand alone would probably be the best idea, just figured I'd throw a few others out there and see what everyone thought. I've actually been thinking about switching over to krill oil, I've heard alot of good things about it. Yeah I'm still a little unsure about how to set up the PCT and when to use nolva and clomid. I mean I have a general idea but the more I read the more conflicting views I seem to get. I was actually waiting to decide what my actual cycle would look like and then setting about a definite PCT. I'm pretty sure I'm going to go with Test E alone for my first cycle. So I'll post up my ideas for PCT shortly. Thanks again for the advice, it's really appreciated |

| the others here would be able to help more i just know a lil bit here and there as far as the krill oil goes as soon as im outta fish oil im switchin to it myself |

| I would go with cycle 1 or 2 the sides are easier to control if anything becomes problematic. 1 would be a good starter over 2 its best to get used to AAS and learn dieting and the importance of training properly prior to jumping into AAS. IMHO I would back off all those supps and stick with a a multi-vitamin and protein while on anything obviously if your having joint problems glucosamine with msm, muscle healing glutamine but nothing else. How many grams of protein are you eating a day? Whats your routine? But it looks like you are dieting down to 10% but you can go lower with just diet then cardio can make you look crazy lean if you do it right. |

| Post your exact diet like meal one: I ate storms rice pudding (you know you like it :D) Meal 2- I ate dex's footlong Meal 3- Rice cakes and so on.. Then I'll tell you what to do to lose major fat and gain muscle. |

| if your gonna run nolva for your PCT dont run it during your cycle......if water retention bcomes a problem get some Adex.....pct can be debated forever about whether clomid or nolva is better, whether HCG helps you recover blah blah everyone does it different.....i know a lot of people who use nolva instead of clomid cuz of clomids sides....but then theres other who swear by clomid.....with hcg if your gonna run it start it in week 8 and run it til week 12 |
