I know that 3cc is about as much as you should inject in your glute. Is there any limit on how many times you can do this. For example If I do a 2.5cc shot every week in the glute is there any probs that can arise. The reason I;m asking is that today when I aspirated there was blood in the needle. I never had this happen in a glute shot before. Thanks guys.

just means u were in a vein, you want to rotate sites so you dont build up scar tissue.

yes... rotate sites regular to avoid the scar tissue.. shoot the delts, quads, tris, bis etc

i rotate from glute to glute and then quad to quad. my quads usually are a lil sore for a few days after when i do though.
