Im simply curious to find out what experienced "users" think about using steroids on a ketosis diet... more specifiacally dbol alone...now i know the majority believes that dbol alone or any oral alone is not a good idea cus you dont get or keep as great of gains...also i know that dbol specifically causes alot of water retention and thus quick gains and quick losses but that is mosty due to carbs right? anyway i know its probably not the best way to go but i simply would like to add a small amount of reatainable mass to some problem areas without calling extra attention to myself im already 280lbs im not looking to hit 300 in a month just balance my physique a bit...and im prepping for an untested weight lifting competition and i would like to be benching 425by april 13th i bench 385 now is that a possibilty with a little help? now just to clarify I ALREADY KNOW MOST PEOPLE WOULDNT RECOMEND DBOL ALONE...BUT IT IS READILY AVAILABLE TO ME AND IM CURIOUS SPECIFICALLY ABOUT ITS AFFECTS DURING KETOSIS! my plan is to start at 15mg for the first 3 days only (or more depending on how i feel and if it raises any red flags) then bump to 20-25mg (again depending on how much attention i get) for the duration of 4 weeks. i will not take any on weekends since its my carb up and to help clear the liver (since the half life is so short this will be effective) by monday ill be back into ketosis and continue that cycle. Please any experienced individuals give me their advice

Anything less than 30mg a day would be a total waste imo. especially for a 280lb person. Carbs are very important to the muscle building process too i dont see how any mass could be added without them even on dbol.

Bro how old are you?

Anyhow, Ketone diet is great but carbs need to be cycled to get continual progress like a few load days then back onto depleting. Their are a few ways you can do it you can have around 6-800 carbs 1 day then the next only 100carbs total and the rest protein and do that for a month high day then low day. I do the deplete for about a week then load for 3 days and train hard as hell then back down for 3 days at around 100 grams total all day then load for a day or two then back down for 3 until I am were I want. I'm not condoning anything but there are research chems that may be of benefit to your lab rats, clen, t-3, eca, try eca with an over the counter fat burner yohimbe or something cla something.

Also, yea don't run dbol again with out test my brotha, please.

oh i havent done it yet actually im not sure if im going too...and i do a carb load after my friday workouts until saturday night progressively higher glycemic carbs throughout so that im backinto ketosis on sunday and i start working aout again on monday i havent tried eca or cla. so i see the consensus is no dbol even in ketosis good to go btw im 24. thanks for the advice i will not run the bol!

so for instance m=800carbs t=100carbs and so on for one month then do totall carb depletion for a week carb load for 3 days then 100carbs for 3 days and continue this cycle for a day or two at a time until im as lean as id like to be? am i understanding properly? not trying to be a pain i would just really like to understand cus i really want to do this all naturally!
