| as you all know from my other thread ive got 4 barrels of 2 ml deca pronobol 200 left and a small bottle of trenbolone 75-dont know the size but bottle is small. now ive just been looking at the beginner cycles,and not sure which one would suit me(if any) so i was wondering if anyone on here could think of a good but short cycle for me please,bearing in mind that money is tight at the moment. my aim really is to just get a bit bigger and a bit more strength and toned, dont want to get massive. heres a few stats about me height-5,11 weight-16 stone chest-34 inch arms-15.5 hips 41 waist 39 thighs-26 calves-17 forearms-12 shoulders-16 neck 17 ive just finished my T5 fatburners/energy booster,also just finished my tub of eas protein(had 2 to 4 a day) i also have before and during my workout a drink of juice with Pro Tech Nutrion Complex Carbs. here is my new plan ive started this week- Mondays - Legs Squats (4 warm-up sets) 3 x 4-6 Leg Press (1 acclimation set) 2 x 4-6 DBell Squat (1 acclimation set) 2 x 4-6 Standing Calf Raise (2-3 warm-up sets) 3 x 6-8 Calf Press On The Leg Press Machine 2 x 6-8 Tuesdays - Chest & Forearms Incline Bench Press (4 warm-up sets) 3 x 4-6 Flat Bench Press 3 x 4-6 Decline Bench Press 1 x 4-6 Reverse Cable Curl (1 warm-up) 2 x 8-10 Standing Ez-Bar Reverse Curls 2 x 6-8 Wednesdays - Back & Traps Bent Over Two-Dumbbell Row (3-4 warm-ups) 2 x 4-6 V-bar Pull downs 2 x 4-6 Lying T-Bar Row 2 x 4-6 Straight-bar Cable Rows 1 x 4-6 - View (Shown with handles) Dead lifts (2-3 warm-ups) 2 x 4-6 - View Barbell Shrugs 1 x 4-6 - View Thursdays - Shoulders & Triceps Seated Dumbbell Press (4 warm-ups) 3 x 4-6 - View Seated Military Press 2 x 4-6 - View Side Laterals (1 acclimation set) 2 x 4-6 - View Lying Extensions (1-2 warm-up sets) 2 x 4-6 - View V Bar Pushdowns 2 x 4-6 - View Seated Overhead Dumbbell Extensions 1 x 4-6 - View (Shown with barbell) Fridays - Biceps & Abs Barbell Curls (4 warm-up sets) 2 x 4-6 - View Hammer Curls 2 x 4-6 - View E-Z Bar Curls 1 x 4-6 Weighted Leg Lifts (1 warm-up set) 2 x 12-15 - View Cable Crunches 2 x 8-10 - View plus i do 30 to 45 mins cardio after each workout. |

| oo you used the forbidden word!! "toned" i hate that word! ditch the tren for first cycle, ditch the idea of a short cycle, ditch all that cardio, ditch posting in the wrong section. You may have posted elsewhere but what are your stats? age, weight, years lifting, bf% etc |

| 224 lb i think 16 stone is my age is 28 been going the gym for years and years but id say the last 2 ive been concentrating more on weights |
