| Hi I am 22 I have already posted my stats in diet and neutrition. I am a big dude and I am trying lose as much fat as possible pretty fast. I am trying naturally but it is hard for me to do cardio because of a back injury. I was wondering if a clenbuterol and cytomel stack is just to to cut a little fat from skinny guys or if I could do like a 6 week cycle just at the beginning of my weight loss to help jump my metabolism and energy. Any advice or comments would be welcome. |

| Yea i would do a clen/T4 cut. Hows the diet?? clen you would do something like 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, ramping yourself up and then down. like this: 25,25,50,50,75,75,100,100,100,etc.... then 100, 75,75, 50, 50, 25 I like my dose at 75mcg but some like 200mcg. depends on the person. With T4 its the same type of protocal. except i wouldnt go past 100-150mcg. do a little more research on it before you hop on. on the weeks off i would take an ECA stack |

| Not really on a diet all I did was reduce my calorie intake from 4500 or more to 1800. I am not looking at this as long term just like a jumpstart to lose some weight. And you said clen/t4 I thought cytomel was a t3. If I do use this as a jumpstart do I have to worry about losing all my energy when I come off? Or will I maintain a bit of energy after I come off and have lost a bit of weight? Btw I am 6'2" and 390. |

| you need to take the ECA so you maintain your energy. T4 is a milder version of T3. you can take T3 but its more catabolic |

| sorry bro at that size you do not need t3 or clen. t3 has a funny rebound effect for some people. you may drop some wieight but when you go offm you will put it right back on. just keep the clas nice and clean. eat plenty of protein 6 times a day and the weight will melt off. |

| Thanks so much guys. I am working with my blackberry here cause my computer got a virus and is now basically a paper weight so I can't post a good picture. That is me in the avatar. Thanks for not poking fun I know I am pretty fat now. I used to actually be in good shape. Thanks for the dirt advice I really did not know what to eat. I just knew toreduce my calories. I really appreciate your help. |

| We never ridicule anyone for their size. Well actually i always get picked on. But i know theyre joking because im a BEAST! Do you have any idea how easy fat would drop off you if you kept your carbs under 200g a day, had plenty of clean protein eg whey protein shakes and lean meat and done cardio 4 times a week? It really would FLY off you. The rule goes, if you consume less grams of carbs than you are in lbs or body mass, you will lose wieght. So 200g of carbs should be fine for you. If your weight loss slows down, lower the carbs a little. But keep that protein high and keep it clean. Good luck bro. |
