finally the time has come to juice up!
mates correct me wuth the right knowledge if im wrong.
will be taking test enthate (total 10 wks).
1-3 weeks 250 mg,then 4-10 weeks 500 mg.
from 4th week either 25 mg proviron or armidex.
pct after 2 weeks .
day1-60 mg nolva,day 2-11 40 mg day 12-21 20 mg .also will be taking 25 mg clomid every day on pct.(want to keep as much as gains as possible)

now im taking proviron to reduce bloat and block gyno.

gonna eat 300 mg protein from day 1 till pct ends.
exercise 4 times a week hardcore.


should i do hcg?

IMO, stick to 500mg the whole cycle and ditch the armidex. Even Nolva at low doses would be enough to keep bloating to a minimum at 500mg. Most don't need an AI until they hit 750mg and up.

will not put armidex but will take proviron from 4th week till 10 wks.
how much nolva should i take to avoid bloating and gyno (and should i skip prov then?)

Start the Nolva dose at 10mg ED and work up if that doesn't work. USually 10-20mg is enough.

Always have nolva on hand. It helps with so many side effects that it's a must to be totally safe.

oh 1 more thing i had done a sust cycle 7 weeks with pt and all that got over(including pct)on 21st june 2004 .so can i start my new cycle?

i had taken 250 mg perwk for 7 wweks .and did a pct of noilva
but did not have knowledge ,like most of us Do MISTAKES ,LUCKLY ESCAPED SIDE EFECts had only depression

time on = time off , included in the time on is the PCT. have nolva on hand, clomid for PCT, to keep the bloat off you can either run some l-dex at .5mg of nolva at 10mg like said earlier. Run the test at 500mg through out would be best. Personally I don't think you need the provorin.
