Ok so I'm 206 pounds, 6 foot and 27 years old...I have used gear in the past and am no newcomer to its use (been around it my whole life). Quite honestly I probably should have waited until now to use or maybe next year but I jumped the gun at right before I turned 26. I took different stacks mostly a deca/sus/dbol combo and made great gains, kept some gains until I ended up in the hospital.

This is my biggest problems, I used to be in the Marines and ever since the age of 20 I have be injured and reinjured time and time again. Always in and out of the hospital. My deployments never helped either. I am sick and ****in tired of it.

Anyway all that BS aside, I'm tired of being at my strength and Size Plateau. I now believe and think I can't change or make any significant difference at this point until I get back on the gear. I have access to any kind of gear but I'm sticking to Deca/sus stack.

My questions: How do you guys propose I stack it between a 8-12 week period?? I have 60 amps of organon paki Deca, and 30 amps of organon paki Sust. (I also have everything I need for my PCT and antiestrogens as well as milk thistle for my liver,legalon and fish oils) Also where is the best place to inject these two types of gear? I have taken shots mostly in delts and quads...sometimes in pec and calves. Last question, in the past I put two amps in the same syringe when injecting, I mixed deca w/sust. Do you think it was a dumb idea? I have only read in one place that it was ok, otherwise it seems people adivse against it.

Shit guys, any advice helps on anything, or even criticism. I am open to it all. I figure it is time to dialouge with people I don't know on this stuff, rather than the guys i know who have become dependant on juice.

Straight leg Deadlift strap use/no belt--455
bench w/elbow sleeve-300
squat w/knee brace-315

^^Pitiful...I used to do a higher squat when I was younger :(

Yea I figured that was going to be the response. Don't get me wrong bro...I was really hesitant about using and wanted to wait until after kids but this shit is almost affecting my mental state more than anything now. Besides I remember when I first used, how I had no pain in my joints or knees or elbows at first I never cared abou tthe pain (ego shit) but now it gets pretty bad and scary sometimes.

ahh well...thanks for responding man. I hope I feel as great as you do when I reach your age. Keep it up man.

i dont think your to young but then again im younger than you are lol..... if your diet and routine are good i dont see y you shouldnt have the the green light.

Honestly speaking I was not comfortable taking the cycles in the past. I wanted to wait until after kids or around 30 years of age, but temptation got me. I'd just like to do it right this time around.

it sounds like your body needs rest but whats your diet? Seriously, everything else seems on course including your stack run it for 10-12 weeks. It will be fine but remember gear will not make up for a solid diet and good rest. Rest is more important than anything anyone mentioned.

Also I always used more Sust than deca in any given week....that should help in still keeping some life in my dick right?? I know deca has decommisioned it in the past while I was cycling but i'm hoping it wont be as bad as this time.

Ok bud we proposed you stacked

10-12 weeks

500mgs of test/week weeks 1-12
200-400mgs/wk of deca week 1-10
PCT post cycle therapy

Honestl bud if you want to get big you have to eat big. So if you want to be lets say 250 you need to eat like a 250lbs guy so look into 1.5-2 grams of protein for every pound of 250lbs. Got me? No damn supplement, pills, steroid, or anything will make up for a bad diet. You are a cheater you rely on gear to make you bigger instead understanding synergy....
