yoo whats up im from nj wut eva etc....... dont matta i need 2 get my hands on some clenn...i use 2 take it but my connect moved out the state nd i cant get my hands on any...does anyone know where i can get some...i know it sounds ridicilous im not no cop or anything i jus need some clen asap im tryin 2 cut down on weight i jus saw a surgury on my acl and i gained about 60 pounds sitting at home eating all dayy so i dont want 2 look like a slob no more plez

wow lol read the rules bro before you go and post stuff like this. And try and start with low intensity cardio and work up from there. Also change your diet
