I'm new to bodybuilding and am the only one of my friends who cares about appearance. The problem is is that i am 5'10'' 160lbs, i would like to gain heavy weight status within one year because i am going to be locked up for a while. i am not on probation or nothing but have a trial coming up a year from now. i know i can fight but i need more weight for faster strength gains and for a more intimidating physique. my main goal is to loook like i.ve been around for a while because i am not a intimidating looking guy. I work out 4 days a week but gain real slow. I eat well and pound down protein shakes on the regular. I don't use drugs and barely drink. Someone help with some sort of boost?:banghead:

what does your workout routine look like and what does a normal day of eating look like for you? protein drinks imho should only be taken if you dont have a chance for a meal.

I eat eggs in the a.m. a cold cut sandwhich for lunch and a real hearty dinner. I take a shake in the a.m. after worh out then a shake in the p.m

you need to eat more food man.3 meals a day is for reg people who want to look regular.you want to be a bodybuilder eat 6 meals a day

would eating left overs as extra meals make as much of an impact as if i were to eat more different meals? I like to cook extra for leftovers so what would be the best to cook in bulk fashion that would have the most effect? also is it better to eat a nice big meal after or before i train? Like i said guys i need that rapid result status what are the best ideas guys!

I also am thinking about insulin called Humulin R. I read a forum on this site that said it will produce extreme gains and it does not need a perscription. What does anyone think?

I always eat leftovers of dinner the next day finishing it off takes up 2 meals.. I love to have things like red meats and chicken fillets in excess. You really need to eat more meals.. I bet your starving by the time you get to each meal the way your going.

About 1-2 hours before training I'll have a high protein moderate complex carb meal and closing in stick to simple sugars for energy like fruits. All my meals are moderate.. after training I'll have a protein shake then about 30 minutes later another meal. All up about 6-7 meals a day and 2-3 protein shakes. I don't know how hard you train but it's a good idea to either give it some time before training for eating or have things that are a bit softer on the stomach that might make training a bit more comfortable.

When putting on size I make pasta my best friend... all my meals would have a lot of carbs. Probably don't manage to have as many meals (more like 4-5) but total calories would be high which is what it really comes down to.

The type of people that are incarcerated arent imperssed by how you look they got muscles and numbers on you. they'll pick your body language and social status to pieces before they eat you alive. Good luck though, really id just get some ink and maybe cut my face to look hard. i really dont mean to come off like im pissing on your situation i hope you learn your lesson though.

maybe im just buggin cause this whole situation came outta no where. i'm stuck in a system of corruption and lies. I hate how the first side of the story is the only side that gets heard. I have no problems with b eing social people want to be around me its just all that gang shit thats got me buggin. I wanna just mind my business and do my time i dont wanna join no gang and do everything that they do. im not racist and i am gonna have to be for my time in. i just wanna do me and get paroled. im still gonna pound as much weight as i can just in case i gotta fight someone. Alot of people told me the same thing so you must know what your saying. Alot of people said theres way more respect in prison than in county jail. I just hope its not the thug respect and i hope it's the man repect. The kinda repect where people don't cross each other and people's words count for suntin. I don't gamble plus i can't stand drugs so there are some plus's from the jump. I dont even smoke dukes so i'll be alright and whats the box? Plus i'm real good at minding my business i just worry cuz theres alot of people in the world that dont and i get worried cuz in juvie there were alot of hispanics and they all came from gang backrounds so i had to fight 5 or so people alot cuz they would'nt mind there own. We were kids then so i hope it's not the same immaturity. You given me more reason for me hold me up in the air since you stuck to me and gave me this advice i wish people i knew where as responsive as you. You seem to have your head geared and know what your saying I don't even know you and got alot respect for ya. On the real good looks bro.
