I've been working out on and off for years now, now iam ready to hit the gym hard. I been going 4-5 days a week for the past 6 months, ive always wanted to try a cycle never knew what would be good for me. Iam 27 180 lbs and am about 5'8. I dont want to be super huge just want to cut down my bodyfat and more muscle.

do you have a diet?

I try to eat right, no fast food lots of chicken, tuna and i do get my correct amount of protien a day, i take protein shakes in the morn, afternoon and before and after workout. i try to eat every 3-4 hours

A simple test only cycle is my thought for first run.

possibly toss in some var with that test, but from what i understand you cant go wrong with the good ol test run.

make sure your diet is up to par you dont want to kill your cycle by not eating right
