i have been doing a lot of research lately and i think im ready to start myfirst cycle.. before i get the gear i wanna be 100% sure im doing this right...
im 24 145lbs skinny frame... i started workin out about 4 x a week and run 2 miles bi weekly with no problem. im trying to work on my diet. i have few carbs and mostly chicken and fish, no junk. i only eat like twice a day right now because of my busy schedule... i know i need to increase that. im not looking to get huge just bulk up a little then get cut.
i wanna start
test e 200mg bi week x 10wks
with HCG 400iu weekly x 10wks
this sound ok for a beginner?

also what syringe would be good to use?
switch side each injection?
i was gonan run the test on sun and wed
when and how often should i do the HCG?

can someone tell me a good arimidex/clomid regiment for this cycle?
i believe the clomid is 10 days post cycle, but what about during?


also what kind of signs should i look out for or be aware of. what should i expect. any help would be greatly apreciated.

hey man.first off welcome.now,i dont think you are ready for a cycle.you can put on alot of weight training naturally for now.stop running miles a day and start eating alot more.you will waste a cycle if you do one now the way you are going

ive noticed since ive started training ive definatly increased muscle mass... but its not growing rapidly enough for me. ive tried eating way more but to be honest i felt fatter. maybe i wasnt doing it right but grilled chicken or fish, some vegtables and a handfull of rice seams like a pretty good diet to me. when would you say someone is ready for a cycle?

dw its normal to feel fatter after being skinny (trust me on that i was also super skinny). U can always cut down the fat later. Just keep eating and train right.

What does you diet look like? You can keep putting on size manipulating your diet to add inches everywhere because diet is paramount with a cycle~ have you looked into like eating to grow? Eat about 3 times you consumption of protein like lets say you eat like 200 grams of protein then eat 600 grams of pasta, bread, yams, sweet potatoes, etc. you can put on some good solid gains just eating more...

yes but cani, i just started working out and i don't want to have to work hard at it, i want an overnight builder, so ive decided to take steroids. PUKE! bro, you just started working out, you don't even have a clue what you're doing in the gym right now!!!!!!!!!!! you're just like the kid that wants to do d-bol on another thread that has been working out for only 6 months, except for the fact you JUST started. look, all ur doing is throwing away money. work hard in the gym for a few years and then make a decision:2cents:

Leave the aas alone. You do need to do like these big men are telling you and get that diet right.

i have been taking everyones advice... ive bumped my eating up to 6 times a day. pretty much chicken, eggs and some carbs. ill have some red meat once a week. as far as knowing what to do in the gym, when i say i just started workin out, i mean i just started really working toward getting bigger. ive always tried hard to stay in shape, ive just stepped up my routine and go more often. my goals have changed from staying fit to packing on the lbs. its not like i sat on my ass the last 24 yrs and played vido games and one day decided to stick myself. ive actually done my homework, im not stacking deca tren n test like some moorons at my gym do for their first cycle. gotta start somewhere right? the only thing i had to focus on was my eating and now its almost up to par. i dont see why all the 22yr old jerkoffs stacking cycles while they work out 3 days a week and are on the mcdonalds diet could be considered "ready" but someone using their head and is willing to sacrifice and work hard at it isnt. so im looking to get big quickly and safely... isnt that the point of this anyway?

yoiu need to biuld a foundation in which steriods will use to grow more of.you dont have that yet.cant ,after 6 months of training.also if you want to pack on the weight try eating red meat daily and not once a week.also stop running so much

if your really skinny type i recomand you eat rice or pasta 20-30mins before you sleep :D
