| Hey guys, sorry if i'm posting in the wrong section or anything. I've basically got a few questions. Well i'm a 23 year old male who's been training for about 2 years. I'm about 5"11 and weigh 104KG. I've been training on the weights hard for a couple of years now, and all i can see is that i'm getting wider - my shoulders are broad, my chest is out and my arms are solid but have no definition until i tense them. I bench press 100KG including the bar, i bi-cep curl 40KG including the bar so i have the strength, just not the definition. I've been thinking about taking Anabolics of some sort but really don't know what type. Though i'm solid, i have a gut which i need to trim down by hitting the Cardio - so i'm hoping for some sort of Anabolic that would assist in that. A friend recommended i use clenbuterol, but another recommends Deca. Ideally i would want to get to about 90KG's with less of a gut, and more definition in my chest/arms. What do you guys think?
