I haven't started it yet but when I do. What kind of gains should I expect to see if I take 1 cc of deca per week and workout 5 days a week. ( Hard Gym sessions) Not just a casual lifting session. I have been at it for awhile now trying to bulk up to help me on the Mat. But I have read alo about deca and it seems that I have to stack it in order to even see results. Most people say I need to stack with test but I just dont understand the whole stacking thing. So im just currious, could I get any descent gains from a 10 week 1 cc per week???

If not, what could I do to insure that I do see results. and please dont just suggest throwing in 5 other ingredients cause deca is the first thingi ever even thought about using and i dont want to just blame start taking everything at once so if you got real advise i would appreciate it.

firstoff,we need your stas.how long have you been working out.you were saying you needed guidance on working out and stuff.which leads me to believe you have not built a solid foundation yet.so i would say no to cycling at this time.also you need test in any cycle beacause all steriods,especially deca,will suppress your own test and you will have no test in you.which will suck man

Im not 100% sure what you mean by stats but I can tell you for sure that I have not built a good foundation yet. Just last month was when I started lifting for real. I am trying to add muscle so that I can perform on the mat a little bit better and I figured that with some Hard work and help from Mr deca. I would get there faster but let me know what you mean by stats exactly and ill post right away. I am a newby to this whole thing. But one thing for sure, I am going through with this. I am going to look for the test like you said but until then I will stick with what i got. how long before i would loose my natural test after using deca?

I just realized that you probably meant stats like what I lift, and if so I would rather not put that as of now. lol, it would just be embarassing compared to most of you guys thats been in the gym working at it for along time. But I can say that Its a small number in all aspects. I have been adding wieght since I started though. so i am seeing improvement.

but as far as that ttest goes. what is it exactly? I did my reaserch on other stuff and figured out what they are and how they actually will help me if used right but there seems to be too many different tests out there. or maybe its just different brands, im not sure but any info would help.

here's the deal bro, you've stated that you're very new to the world of training, ie lifting weights, exercising. the last thing you should be talking about much less contemplating would be steroids. I'm pretty sure you have no technique when lifting, no real routine, and i'm certain you're diet isn't in check yet. Take a few years and develop all of these things and then start asking the questions regarding aas'. stay away from it all together...good luck to you and be safe over there

whatever you do... for the sake of your health DO NOT TAKE STEROIDS. it seems as though you have a little trouble listening. newbies haven't the slightest bit of buisness taking steroids, i mean you don't even know what test is or what you should use... hell you don't even know that stats are height weight age diet routine experience and any other helpful info regarding your physical fitness. not trying to come off as a prick i just KNOW you aren't ready by any stretch of imagination. some of the other guys have tried to put it polietly but you aren't wrapping your mind aroud what they are saying. get a solid diet and routine do that for at least a year and then maybe consider it.

once again not trying to be rude just trying to put it blatently for you

seriously bro.the last thing you want while you are over there is to have no test in your system.you will feel like shit and it could be very dangerous in your situation.without the proper diet and know how, all you will get from a deca only cycle is a limp dick and no energy.please dont do it man.you will gain no muscle.i respect the fact you are over there,which is why i am not jumping all over you.but for your sake you need to listen.

Well guys. I do appreciate your honesty. I was really hoping to get some feedback in the form of help on this rather then the shut down. Like I said I do appreciate what you got to say but I am most def going to get on it. The thing is that I have done a ton of reaserch on the stuff and I have a buddy that I work out ith that used before. Im not completely in the dark on the subject. I joined cause I wanted advise from the guys that could be concidered experts on the subject and not just by reading some book. Again I do thank you for your words of wisdom. But if theres anyone else that could post something that would Help me rather then not. Feel free to send me a message or reply to this. I'm not sure what kind of a diet you got going on or what you think I should be on. But as far as I know. I am on the right track with my diet. I have been consuming 2 grams of protein for each lb. as directed by my friend. I have been taking vitamins to help keep up my immune system, including a scoop of L-Glutamine in my Casein shake before bed. I was told to take whey during the day and casein before bed for the longjevity of the casein as compared to the whey. Once i start my cycle ive been told to up my carbs to 4500 to as much as 7000 per Day to get the best gains. As of now I am eating several times a day and getting several shakes in between meals to get intake at every 3 hours. I also have done lifting before in school in wrestling. I was taught the proper way to do several exercises. The main thing that coach said was slow down and feel the burn so I still keep with that just for the fact that your less likally to tear something and it does feel like your getting a better workout from doing it.

I didnt say that I didnt KNOW what test was in general. But when I went to search for a specific kind to ask my buddy to get me. I found a half dozen brands when on the same page. there was only one deca or one win or one ana. I understand what it is but was looking for some insight to how it is used and what it is Exactly rahter then just knowing that if injected, it gives you more test.

And sorry for not knowing what stats meant. I AM very new to chatting about steroids online.

Again I am very happy to get your help. If you dont think I should take them. I thank you for your advise. But if theres someone that would put my newby status aside. I thank you for that also. I may of came off as a extreme newby when I typed those things. thats not the case. I was more or less comparing my self to the guys on here that have prob been lifting for years so to bypass laughing at me I didnt want to come off as that i new what i was talking about and have others shoot me down. again thank you and i look forward to your advise.

Im not sure what you mean by not getting any muscle. I understand that if I use deca I will temporarally loose the function to create my own test. So I do understand why it would be important to add test during and a little while after the cycle but is what your saying: If I dont use test during, I wont get any results at all???

Also. I know that you cant go listing sources on here but how in the world would someone get ahold of test anyways. It was hard enough to get ahold of what I already have. Now again, dont start listing sources on here, I dont want ANYONE to get in trouble. I was making more of a statement then asking a question. But yes please let me know about the not seeing results question. THanks again for your input.

Your making a bad choice friend. Your picking what you think to be the easiest way to gain muscle and become a better martial artists/stronger soldier and only the future problems you will have can show you that. As a fellow soldier I have no respect for those who choose the easy way. On a better note however, remember your drills and stay alive.

breakfast: shake with glutamine - fruit mainly

in between: small shake

lunch: what ever is being served, usually a meat and veg

in between: small Shake

Dinner: same as lunch

Post workout shake with glutamine added

right before bedtime: casein shake


I try and get about 400 grams of protein with meals included. Now Im no expert but Ive been told that I need to get about 1.5 to 2 grams per lb. so i do just that. Now when I start my cycle, ive been told that I will need to up my calorie intake. as of now Im getting about 2000 - 2500 cal per day. Im not trying to pack on the calories unless I have to. Thats why I sub my protein intake with low cal low carb shakes. But like I said, if needed when I start my cycle. I can up those things. One thing I DONT have to worry about over here. Food is free and if I wanted to I could sit and eat all day. I am trying to be smart about everything so let me know if youd change anything so I can better understand

What would Oats bring to the table?
I eat fruits for breakfast because it helps me too loose fat. as for now thats my goal. after i get on my cycle I will be changeing. but im far from 115 lbs. more like 210
Unfortanatly I can order shakes online but its hard to order meats for me to cook here in Iraq. So I am stuck with my 3 meals aday, I did mention that once I start my Diet I intend on adding to my daily intake. I was made to believe that I needed to add calories to get good results. As of now I have been cutting back on my intake to loose fat. I have a very strick diet as of now. Its not set up for steroids as of now. I am eating meats for lunch and dinner along with veg's. Im not eating fatty, fried, or carb loaded foods for the reason that I want to slim down. I am still trying to get the healthy foods in my system so that my gains doesnt suffer. And they arent. I have great gains as of now and its onlybeen a month. Ive lost 12-14 lbs this month and Ive still increased my max lifts in all areas so somethings working. It could be working better if a great plan was impliminted but Im unaware of that plan as of now but Im hoping with some help I can get it down. I will be starting my cycle in about a week. From there I will be changeing up on the diet to get the best gains that I can get.

I asked for help on this forum and all ive gotten is people telling me not to do it cause my diet sucks or i havent been working out for 3 years prior or something like that. Im not asking anyones permission. I am asking for advise on how to get started and get good results, I am a MAN just like the rest of you and I dont need to eat oats for a year to find out if I can e tough enough to take steroids, I dont need to find out if Im man enough to do something. Theres Very little that I cant do if i try hard enough and Im not a quiter. I intend on starting my cycle with or without anyones help on here. If you would prefer me to just take someone elses word for it then so be it. But just to clearify I got on here in the first place to get the advise on how to go about this procedure. Not to ask permission. If you want to help i would appreiate it. If not Please stop posting.

Deca alone is a horrible choice if you did your research you would know deca shuts you down(endo test) hard so while the deca is good for your joints and give you a little bit of growing your own natural test will be zero and since you dont have test in your cycle you will have no drive at all including sex drive and limp dick..

I signed up here cause it seemed like people gave good advise from what I read but all you are doing in my case is trying you BEST to shut me down. Instead of telling me over and over not to do it cause this isnt right. tell me how to fix it so that when i do it i can do it right. I NEVER ****ING SAID THAT TEST WAS OUT OF THE QUESTION. I ASKED THIS FORUM WHICH ONE I SHOULD TAKE CAUSE THERE SEEMS TO BE ALOT OF DIFFERENT BRANDS OR NAMES OF THE SHIT. But not a ****ing person got back to me on that. Instead you went straight back to dogging me out. If you dont wnat to ****ing help then leave me the **** alone. I never said that deca was the only thing that I was concidering. After I found out about the test decline, I did want to add test to my cycle. All I needed to know was which one to look for but noone gave me info on that. You act like you were born knowing this shit. Give me a ****ing break already. Yes Im new, But I was hoping that this site would make me better informed on what to take and how much and workout schedules and what to eat. but all you can do is tell me that my diet sucks and not give good advise on how to fix it other then saying you need to eat oats and meat, well I stated that i eat meat so that tells me that you dont even read before you post. If you want to leave so be it..I appreciate the help you give overseas..I dont see where you posted up your stats the ones I replied to in one of your threads..

There is a process if you want to do it right if you want to juts take gear and hope for the best then go get some test inj 500mgs a week and have at it..If you want to learn then stick around and you will if not then learn the hard way it is a lot more intricate then you think and all the info you need is here if you cant take a little shit on the way then by all means go learn some where else..Be safe and good luck..Storm

see the problem with this that noone seemed to mention is the fact that WE ARE GIVING YOU GOOD ADVICE, BUT YOU DONT LISTEN!!! noone after even three months of training is ready for a cycle PERIOD. steroids are for when you have totally maxed out what your body can genetically do. if you can sit there and tell me that after a month that you are at your genetic peak then fine have fun doing a misinformed cycle. as many have said before here it sounds as though you just want the easy way out. and with that attitude you are certainly in the wrong place. as rob said i am done you are too thickheaded to want to listen so why would anyone want to help?
