| ok guys i have been wanting to get on the juice for about 3 years now. i have been working out 5 days a week for about that long also. i just turned 21 a month ago and think that it time to start now. i listened to everyones advice and waited a couple years and worked hard while waitng. i am 6'1 and 185lbs. what would be good for my first cycle. |

| i was 5'11" and 185 when i started. whats your diet like? you going more lots of mass? Rob said what i would have said. |

| i drink a protien shake when i wake up and oat meal. 9 or 10 i eat a chicken breast. noon chicken breast and a salad. protein shake when i get off at around 5 and chicken fish or red meat and veggies for supper. work out then another shake. |

| i bet if you ate more you could gain more weight without steroids |

| don't take steroids unless you eat a lot in the first place...generally 3-4k calories |
