I just received some more anavar monday and increased my dose from 20mg to 30mg. I originally was only going to do a 7 week cycle but extended it to 12 weeks. Monday I did chest and abs and the pumps were still unfu#@ing believable. I woke up sore the next day, which felt great, took the rest of the day off and only did cardio. Wednesday(yesterday) I did back and biceps and noticed that I couldn't get the same pumps as I used to. One thing I did notice though is that I got stronger. I was lifting alot more and heavier. Today I woke up and was not sore!? I know for what I did yesterday I should have been sore today and even when I did cardio this morning my legs did not get a pump like I usually do. I had alot of stamina today though and did not get tired. Is it that I got bunk gear this time (same source and same exact pills)? Or is it that I upped the dose and is giving me more recovery and energy? Why are the pumps almost gone? Sorry for writing too much. Just trying to be very specific. Thanks.

So it's not that its bunk or because I upped the dose? I guess my body is just tolerating it now. I am on my 6th week so I guess six weeks of beautiful pumps were enough! lol Hey Rob, one more question. I ended up getting the flaxseed softgels that you were telling me about. How should I dose them?
