| I guess the first thing I would put here is a little training background. I have been training seriously most of hte last 6 years to get ready for tournaments and fights. My training is typically heavy on cardio and sprints. I will be running around 10-15 miles a day and will do an interval type set every 4 or 5 days depending on recovery. I lift about 1 to 1.5 hours a day doing low volume high intensity workouts focusing on larger body lifts like cleans, squat and bench. 3-6 sets varied reps. The rest of the day is spent drilling on my own or fighting and padwork if I can drag someone out. I have been hanging around 170-175 pounds for the last 2 years and my strength seems to have topped out as well. I can bench around 300ish, clean 230ish, and squat 400ish and have been able to for a long time. I eat like a horse and am probably around 7ish% body fat. To make a long story longer I am ready to move on. I briefly moved above these levels a few months ago when, with a friends advice, I did a cycle with Endotest(endogenous test increaser, estrogen blocker) and A100. It was better than nothing but expensive. I plan on a 2 week on 2 week off m1t/4ad stack. It will clear out the crap I have already. It goes about like this: 2 weeks: m1t 10 mg 2 tabs/day 4ad 300 or 400 mg/day Milk thistle 900-1000 mg/day Endotest 750 mg 3x/day I would follow this up with Nolvadex for PCT because of the smaller doses and less side effects compared to clomid. I am not sure if it is totally necesary with such a short cycle but everything I have read so far points to erring on the side of caution with m1t. If this gets a discussion about m1t cycles and pct going I would appreciate that too. I have seen things around here looking for thoughts already posted but I forgot the specifics and posted the above based on memory. That puts me about a month out to plan and order some more effective gear. My goals are to improve strength and explosive power. My time frame is now to the end of November where I have a huge tournament coming up. This tournament has no weight classes, but I need to stay fast. If I gain weight I want to maintain speed or get faster. Equipose, Winstrol, and Halotestin are on the short list of things that I know that appear to improve these traits. I would list Anavar but the huge price tag puts it out of reach. The increase in red blood cell count makes equipose the most appealing to start with, and it seems like that would stack with another agent that would gear more towards improving strength. Halotestin sounds pretty harsh to start with but you can always cut the time/dosage. HCG during the cycle and nolvadex for estrogen blocker/pct. Here comes the inevitable call for help. I am betting on the m1t cycle to put me about 180 and I don't think I can effectively carry much more weight. I know this is a BB site but you guys know your stuff. What would you suggest? |

| I think you could gain 5-10lbs off the PHs.The other gear I would use the Eq,test prop and tren.This seems to be a really good combo for strength increase without alot of water gain.I mean you will get some water retention from the test but proper preventives will keep it to a minium.Adding the winny in the last 4 weeks is a good way to pull out the water as well.Good luck and keep us posted as what you do, |

| After reading through the profiles on those mentioned I have a couple questions. I read that Test Prop has painful injections and that the area can remain so for a while. If this is true this would be hard since a big part of my training is getting the shit beat out of me. The Equipose is looking like a must in this adventure. Winstrol, though expensive looks to be a good stack with EQ. What is the benefit of waiting til the last 4 weeks with this? I need to do some more research on trenbolone |
