im trying to up my strength and some size also iv heard some really good stuff about this stack helping to harden up on top of the strength gains, it will be my first cycle.
im 20 years old
208 lbs
14% bf i know its high lol

current supps,

fish oils
beta-alanine
cla
optimum nutrition 100% whey
10g glutamine/day
zma/ at night

if any of you have tried this please tell me some info about it ..
