| i missed a couple days working out this week so i wanted to make up for lost time.i am a diabetic,i took 3 times more insulin than i normally do. 3 times the creatine and 6 times the amount of carbs i normally take,i was pumping harder than normal,plus i could not even feel any fatiuge that i normally get during a workout.i could have kept going,problem is,hard keep enough carbs in me during workout,i went ahead and doubled up on my whey powder.i am never going to make up for lost time like that.i keep a glucagon kit on me for emergencies,same thing paramedics and emt's use,:cool:neo |
