They were actually a mate's from the gym, I train with several guys on and off so borrowed some for pics. I cant remember how much he paid though!

I just started taking these blue hearts, how long should it take for me to notice any change, or feel any different? and do they only come in 10mg, is it possible I have something less? Thanks.

How much are you taking and what are you stacking it with? It should take about 1.5-2wks before you really feel it.
