I'm asking this question for a relative that came to the states on vacation and unfortunately does not know English. He been working out on and off for almost 10 years. Hes 37, 6' tall, 185lbs and I would say about 13%bf. Never done gear. Not to bad. Hes says that hes been struggling with water retention (aguado as he says) and I could tell that he has high estrogen levels. I can tell because he hold more fat around his thighs, hips, lovehandles and under his chest. It's really not that bad but can tell it's holding him back a bit to achieve his goals. His diet is actually pretty damn good so I can't see any other reason. Now my question. He is interested in a cycle like mine(30mg anavar and 16mg albuterol) to help him loose some stubborn fat. I suggested he add some nolvadex to his cycle to help with estrogen. How effective is this? Tried to do the research to see if nolva will help with natural high levels of estrogen or only works for aromatized estro from gear but can't specifically find. also, if it does help, once he stops the nolva will he gain back the excess water and fat if he keeps diet in check? we would appreciate your help guys.:thumbs:
