I'm 185 about 6'2" and with 3yrs training, want do do a cycle but worried about hair loss, not as much about other more controllable side effects. Any tips for a relatively safe cycle for lean gains? -dmk

Are you losing hair now?? You can get all your hair needs from nizoralman he has it all from shampoo to propecia..It boils down to you won't know unless you try it..Having precautions will let you find out what you can handle..Just like having anti-e and clomid all part of the game..A safe mild cycle would be some anavar and some primo but it will cost you alot more to do that then a basic beginners cycle...Storm

Along with what Storm said, I think we also need BF. With 3 years of BBing at 185, you're BF must be pretty low. I am 6'2'', started at 158lbs and managed to hit 196 in my first year of training.

THe only reason I ask this is because you have to make sure that you have your diet down. Diet is a huge part of training and cycling.

Bodyfat at about 17 %. My diet is clean, 200 gs protein and about 3000 kcals a day.

I am going to be honest with you, so don't get mad...

You are taking in 200g of protien, but you have a total of 3000 cals. I am guessing that it's not as clean as you think it is. 200g of protien only equals 800 cals. You need an additional 2200 cals to get there. So, if this was "clean, that means you would need to get approx. 450g of carbs per day. This is equal to 2 cups of oatmeal, 2 bananas, 5 slices of bread 2 cups of vegies, 2 bowls of ceareal, 2 cups of raisins, 2 apples....oh, and 1 more cup of oatmeal. This isn't icluding the fats you need in your diet too.

Start counting out your carbs and protien seperately to get a better idea of where you are. I'm not trying to bust your balls, but only trying to help you. For training for 3 years at your height, you probably should have a little bit more lean meat on you. When I was 196 that first year, I was 16% and when I started at 158lbs, I was 13%. Yes, I was totally clean.

What does your training look like? Once we get all of this worked out, I will feel better about getting you started on a cycle. BTW, what's your age?

No worries man, I'm not insulted! When you put it like that I guess you're right, it's probably less clean then I thought! But I also think I tend to concentrate on getting enough protein but I worry about carbs because of some fat around the midsection. Since i honestly don't eat a whole lot of crap food and am very limited about the fat I take in, I might be getting too little quality carbs then? Although 3000 kcals is what I thought I should take in, I don't really count I guess, so I might be off by a bit.
I'm 24 by the way.My training consists of 4, hour long sessions a week with arms/delts mondays and saturdays, chest/abs wednesday and back fridays. I do 12-18 sets pr bodypart depending on size. I'm prettty knowledgable about the exercises in themselves, so I don't think the problem is here. An experienced friend recommended a cycle of deca + winstrol at 5-6 weeks (no info yet on mgs/week etc). What do people think? Sound good? dmk

nah bro... deca should be run for at least 10 weeks.... it starts to kick in around week 4-5 so running it 5-6 weeks would be absolutely useless..
basic beginner cycle you wont be disapointed with would be:

test 400mg-600mg weeks 1-13
deca or equipose 400mg weeks 1-12
winstrol 50mg ED weeks 9-15

That's alot of sets for one body part. There is no reason you should be hitting 18 sets for one part. You should be at no more than 12 sets for major parts and 9 sets for minor. Let the intensity of each set make up for volume...it's much easier to over train with volume than high intensity and low volume. I do about 6 sets for minor parts and only 9 for major and make great gains.

I am a brand new member in this forum and I registered cause i need some help/advice on a steroid cycle.

I have been training for almost 9 years and i think i've reached my natural limit. I am 5'10 tall and my weight is 214lbs. i am not under 10% bodyfat cause i intend to bulk up till april when i would start dieting. can someone give me some help on a short cycle, cause i intend to run trenbolone and test enanthate for 5 weeks?
