| I'm in the middle of Anadrol cycle, and I was wondering if I can jump into Winni after that, and how do I cycle it. anyone has some ideas?, thanks in advance. |

| depneds on how long the cycle of anadorl is post the exact cycle but I think u should really have done more research cause u will loose ALOT of weight cause drols cause alot of water retention |

| First of all, for those who replied, thanks a lot. my stats are: male, 48 years old, 6', 175 pounds, training for 2 full years. the Anadrol cycle is for 6 weeks. I just wanted to bulk a bit and get some mass, then shrink down for the summer. I used to be 160 pounds 3 months ago, but started eating whatever after christmas. my waist was 31+, now is 34. and by the way, what is PCT?, I'm very new in this. :confused: |

| Kino,thank you for joining.First of all knowledge is power to everyone at any age. Anadrol only is really not a good idea.I know when I first started I though dbol only was great.I had no knowledge of what I was doing.Also I had no idea what PCT was. PCT=PostCycleTherapy It's what you do after a cycle to retain as much that you gained as well as getting your body back to normal hormonal production and balance.This is very crutial to all those on AAS/HRT.(Anabolic/Androgenic Steroids--Hormone Replacement Therapy) At your age I'll bet you have no prob getting on HRT with insurance covering it.That is a perfect base to be on.Testostrone is the natural hormone of the male body and I know at my age(35) I need some extra test.Stick around and read as much as you can absorb and see what stack of AAS is the best for different ppl. |

| Thanks, regino007, now I'm more confused than I was before. so definitly, no Winni for now? I can get some Nolvadex and Clomix, that is not a problem. |

| Correct.No winny for now.Yes,get some Clo and Nolva. Shortz has a Clo schedule up somewhere around here. |

| ohhhh, you need the clomid schedule. This is for your post cycle therapy, not the actual cycle. I think it is a sticky in the anabolic's forum. |

| Typical Clomid therapy doses and frquency... Take 300mg on your 1st day of therapy, then take 100mg/day for 10 days, and then take 50mg/day for 10 more days. Typical Tamoxifen therapy doses and frequency for PCT Take 60mg on your 1st day of therapy, then take 40mg/day for 10 days, and then take 20mg/day for 10 more days. For Gyno symptoms, take 20-30mg and continue until a few days after the problem has ceased. |

| Brotha,all things come with time.Neither bulking up or cutting are easy.Diet is the most important thing of all....well with exercise and all too. Test is the base of all cycles.You got to have that in there somewhere.With test you can stack other items and get the most benefit of your cycle.But being prepared with anti-e's and such is needed. I wanna get ripped to by summer too but I know that I will have to eat clean and up my cardio. Right now I'm bulking so I'm eating tons of food with high calories.Not all junk food but foods that have good calories and good fats in it. |
