| Can someone help me, ive been working out for 4 months right now. i'm trying to get bigger now..... i've put on 19 pounds in the past 4 months, but only little of it is fat ... but now i got even more fat on top of my stomach and chest....... what can i do now? i wanna shread the fat off the chest and every where else but still to try getting bigger also now, my friends recommended windstrol tablets, should i take them? what will it do? can someone give me advice please thanx |

| clean up the diet and do some cardio...no need to waste your money on winny...it wont help unless you have a good diet to shed the weight...winny wont cause your body to lose weight |

| you either want to put on weight or you want to lose weight...make up your mind! lol winny wont put on much size on you...its an steroid that hardens you up, and gives you an strength boost.... you want to get bigger? eat.... you have the entire wrong idea about cardio....do cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, and then train at night...this will help you lose weight |

| first off, you are too young to be using steroids, and secondly, it is not a magic drug that will give you gains.....your diet has to be in check before you can even reap the benefits of it |

| well now i'm eating peanut butter, pork chops , lots of chicken breast and patatoes and yogurt and water , i eat 7 times a day.... plus protien shakes now i put on some fat on my stomach is it ok if i do cardio, when can i do it? and how long can i do it? and how many times a week should i do it? what should i ghad in my diet to decrease the fat or take out of my diet? |

| Adding fat is not actually a bad thing when you are bulking.That is ok if it happens.Bulking and cutting are two different monsters.Add more weight to your frame and then cut your diet better and add more cardio to cut. Winny is thought by many to be able to cut fat.It does not cut any fat.It pulls water out of the body therefore an illusion of getting leaner happens.It is used by some competing bbs as a finishing drug to be more vascular and hold little water for paper thin skin. Your diet is full of both carbs and protein which is a great bulking diet.I am bulking now and have been for about 3-4 months now.In the next month or two I will switch up my diet and workouts to lean up for the summer.Good luck. |

| dude....either you bulk or you diet down....pick what you want to do and we'll go from there if you want to shed weight, you have to adjust your diet so that you are going to eat lower calories a day, thus making your body eat the fat it has stored as fuel. cardio helps. |

| I used to run for 5 min just to get the heart pumping. Look in the diet forum for a good idea of what to eat. |
