| Hi, I am hoping to get some feedback.. I am 27, 5'10", 176lbs @ 13%bf. I can train and get leaner but when I get to the 170lb mark I can't deal with the scale... 16xlbs is to small imo for 5'10". I have not sauced since August '04. How does this sound: anavar winny clen eq or deca I know its a bit pricey but i need i have puffy nips from gyno and dont plan on getting surgery til the winter.. Also, has anyone taken the somatrom hgh, I am thinking about doing kits for the summer, no insulin... any help much appreciated |

| I tihnk you should post your diet so we can twek it because IMO test is the base of all cycles but you cna reach your goals with out gear |

| 7AM meal 1 - 1/4 C oatmeal, 6 eggwhites/4oz Turkey 10AM meal 2 - shake or bar or cottage cheese/apple scoop of protein 1PM meal 3 - salad w/4-8oz chicken 4PM meal 4 - 6oz turkey meat, 1 can green beans, small serving of sweet potatoe 6PM gym or boxing 8/9PM meal 5 - shake or bar |

| Agreed, I dont think he should be using steriods until he gets his diet in check. If you eat like you weigh 160, you will weigh 160lbs. |
