hey, just go a couple of questions to see if this cycle would make sense, I'm not planning on doing it anytime soon but just wondering if it makes sense as I want to do a lot of research before I even think about taking juice.Just wanting to know if I'm missing anything.

How does this sound for a beginner cycle
300 mg Deca/ week
Proviron with Nolvadex (is it absoluetly necessary to be doing both with a light cycle)
Winstrol tabs

If theres anything I'm missing or need to know it would be great. Once again, I want to stress the point that I'm not planning on doing anything liek this for at least 6 months, so just an opinion on the cycle, and what kind of gains I can potentially get out of it (only looking to get 10-15lbs of keepable gains). thanks a lot guys

First off, can you give us your stats (height, weight, BF%, years training, etc)

well if you value your sex drive, then dont use deca unless you are using test. Nolva or clomid is a MUST for any post cycle treatment...no matter how you cut it.
since its your first cycle, i would reccommend you to do a test only cycle, which will put on great gains, as long as your diet is dialed down for mass gains.

No need for proviron bro...just nolvadex or clomid

test cyp 500mg wk for 8-10wks would be better if its your first time.

hmm, thanks for the response, but I hear the possible side effects of test cyp or any other test are greater. Remember, I'm only looking for a cycle thats gonna put on around 15 lbs of keepable, nothing huge. I'm pretty set on taking deca as thats what Ive been advised to ppl at my gym, so what kind of gains do you think I'll get out of it? How long do you think its necessary to be taking Nolva or Clomid post cycle? and why do you think test cyp would be better for my first time?

body percent must be really low (not much fat on me)

My diet is good, and has been for awhile now. I get at least my 160gm of protein(my weight), I also drink weight gainer (high in cal, carb, protein), eat a lot of fish, top sirloin been, and chicken (all this on a daily basis, usually eat 2 of the 3 above). Eat oatmeal, few sandwiches, potatoes, servings of bread, my diet is pretty similar to what all of these sites suggest (calorie-wise, protein-wise, etc.)

First time users have fresh receptors in the body.Deca is a hard drug on the body.It will shut you down fast,meaning your test production and testes activity will stop faster than using test.With test your simply using a replacement method ,at a low dose,where the body will not shut down production fast.Deca shrinks my balls fast,thus the use of hCG is implemented during cycle to keep the boys alive and awake.
Deca will bloat you fast too,giving a bigger appearance.Its mostly water retention within.Test is used as a base in all cycles.Don't rely on the info from the "buddies at the gym."Trust me on this.These boards are for your education on how,what,when,how long and what for preventives.Keeping safe is what you want no matter what.Keep reading and your eyes will open with new knowledge everyday.

oh ok, that helps a lot, but what kind of gains will i be looking at if i take up test cyp. And what possible side effects? Also, ppl that take test cyp also seem to have difficulty keeping gains, whereas gain are more permanent when it comes to deca, and once again, the side effects are greater wiht test cyp than deca. I really want to stress how i want to keep side effects very low, while keeping gains at about 10-15, thanks a lot man

Remeber that these are enhancment drugs.You will lose some gains off any AAS.Proper PCT and heavy protein intake should help in retaining what you've gained.As far as sides its a general with ppl.Aggresiveness,hair loss,acne,are some sides related to all AAS.I break out real bad with tren but test keeps me stable.Deca shrinks the boys and EQ makes me feel crappy.You will only know the sides till you put it in your body and see how you react to it.

okay, just one more question, what kind of gains will i put on with the following cycles, iknow it depends on diet, training, but I've got that aspect of it down, so assuming an excellent diet and good training, what will the following cycles put on
i) Deca (300mg/week for 6 weeks)
ii) Test cyp
iii) Deca and test cyp together

once again, just an approximation as I need an idea of waht kind of gains are expected. im only looking to put on about 15-20 of keepable gains, thanks

Well, there are too many variable to guess how much you will gain after your cycle or even on your cycle, genetics and all the other things you mentioned makes a difference. If you are a 160 right now I would personally tell you to train naturally because I don't think you have hit your peak. Judging by your post I am guessing you won't do that. Don't take the deca by itself, if you are so set on deca stack it with Test. 500mg Test (enanthate or cypionate) 300mg deca for 10 wks. On average I would guess a test only cycle for your first would put you 20lbs up same with the Test Deca stack right around there, but it varies for each person. Make sure you do your research before you poke yourself. Have your PCT and some nolva on hand.

thanks for the reply, why do you suggest not taking deca alone, and if you think that i will give similar gains if i take deca alone or if i stacked it with test cyp, shudnt i jsut do test cyp as it would be alot cheaper, thanks a lot

I don't think you will achieve as good of gains. ever heard the term "deca dick?" Some people can't get it up when they are on deca. Test should be the base of all good cycles.

so your saying test cyp will do the best for me as a first time user, and will minimize side effects? and will put around 20lbs (approx)?

Bro,no one can tell you how much you will gain.There are many factors in this game.Pro BBs take tons of gear,train tons of years,eat tons of food just to put on 20lbs or so in a few years.If I could gain 20lbs in a few months I too would like to know the secret.
You alone will be the only one to know how your body chemisty will react.Good luck and keep us posted.Be safe as well.

Well personly I can gain 20 ponds in a month but perhaps only 25-50% would be muscle ...

That equates to 60-120lbs of muscle a year! lol

yea that's not realistic.. just get your protein up to 1 g per pound no need to go over that your body can only process about (0.7) don't go like 2g that would be a waste just straining your kidneys..
