| i was thinking about that but i heard that the results peak at the 3 week and that there is no reason for 4 weeks. also i wanna do it safe this is my first cycle. |

| 15 pounds is gonna be 8 pounds of water and nitrogen retention, u can look for a good 5-8 pounds of muscle if your eating right |

| Its gonna take time no matter what you take. You cant just put a bunch of weight on in a short period and expect it to be all lean muscle. 5-8 lbs of lean muscle in 3 weeks is probably best case scenario but not gonna say it cant happen with good training and diet. But theres nothing out there short of anabolics thats gonna put on muscle any faster and even then therye not gonna be that much faster. You gotta have realistic expectations. |

| do you mean as in eating? if so eat lots of chicken, tuna and oats. Right now I am eating alteast 4 cups of oats w/ some smuckers nat peanut butter. 8-12 oz of chicken and 2 cans of tuna. I also eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. |
