Hello. Thinking about clen as a fat loss tool . I workout regularly-weight training and cardio, but have that typical female stubborn bodyfat in lower body area primarily hips and legs.
I need to know the best way to use it: how much, what time of day, when to stop and go back on....for maximum fat loss in women.
Any women who have experience with it please feel free to let me know your experience! It will be greatly appreciated!

My exwife used the stuff for a few months and took it throughout the day AM/earlyPM. It works great but beware of jitters

Better to stick with an ECA clen is great for a short term to look good for a specific few days but there can be a rebound effect so it really isn;t worth it..

Thanks but what IS ECA? Howe often? Dosage?

ECA. Ephedrine, caffiene, aspirin. Works great. No wicked cramping like on clen.

Ok I may be dumb.do i but it one thing...or do i buy all three separate? And can I buy it at a store or whats the deal...like I said,,,,,,new and maybe a little dumb but determined!!!

Yes there are many combos at your local supps shop do not go to GNC or just go online like www.supplementgurus.com

Again if you don't have much exp don't use clen but if you want to learn the hard way test it out for yourself just be aware of the rebound b/c granted it may have you look good for a few weeks but after you have the rebound it won't be as worth it..

My diet is fairly clean...five to six small meals......lean protein and i only eat a carb for breakfast like oatmeal ....at night i have a protein shake thats all. Whats thre rebound effect with clen? Obviously I need to research some more but I appreciate the feedback
