| Im 18 and weigh 165 pounds and have been lifting for about 3 years. i was thinking about doing a cycle of d-bol, and was just wondering if its a good idea. i know you should preload on milk thistle to protect your liver, and should take a PCT such as Novadex. I dont want extreem side effects nor am i looking to get freaky huge i was just thinking that one cycle could help me get off of this plateu. |

| Youre too young for steroids and dbol alone isnt a good cycle. Just eat more if youre stuck. |

| my diet is inconsistent right now..... but i am on NO explode and i take 3- 30 gram protein shakes daily. does anyone have any good suggestions on what i should eat on a daily basis to have consistent gains in muscle mass? |

| must have 1.5 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight to grow.inconsistant diet or workouts leads to inconsistant growth.you must try and eat the same things every day for a peroid of a long time to see change.5-6 meals a day.lots of chicken breasts,oatmeal,brown rice,steak(lean cuts)ff milk,eggs,yams |

| If you want to gain weight, eat like it. Eat 6 times a day or more. At your weight I wouldn't be too concern about eating clean as much as just eating lots, hell when I put on the majority of my weight I was still young 18-21 I would eat a large pizza by myself for a meal ($5 lg pizza you can't beat that). At the age you are at you will have high enough natural test levels and motabolism you shouldn't put on too much fat, especially since you are training. I'm not saying eat candy and shit like that eat stuff with protein and some good carbs, but just don't be picky because it has too much fat or something. That's just my take. EAT EAT EAT. |

| I started on just a dbol cycle last year, and exploded. However these gains don't last as alot of its water retention. Use dbol with deca or test to help you keep your gains.... Good Luck! |
