id think its prob better to wait til ur off.. after the op youll prob be out of training for a week or two, but get professional advice.

I had it done June 1st ( Thurs.) and was at the gym pushing not to hard on Monday... no legs for a weeek but all worked out.

FYI
I was two weeks in to my cycle.

You want to be off for any sugery even out patient all gear makes you bleed and it is harder for your blood to clot..

Just foung out a few days ago an idiot I use to call a friend who like to rip people off when i hooked him up on stuff died during an operation b/c he didn;t tell his doc what or how mcuh he was on..He bled to death on the table they couldn't get it to stop..He was suppose to get married the following week.

IMO bad karma guy was a bad seed as were a few of his other friends I met and several of them are dead fro OD'n on shit..People like that never surprise me..
