| 25 6'3 235 lifting for about 4 years have done two 6 week cycles of 1-Ad which was good but I lost almost everything in a matter of time following cycle. I lift with low reps and high intensity monday through friday for about 45-70 minuts focusing on a single body part each day. My goal is to gain strength and size primarily my arms as of recently as they are lagging behind the rest of my body. I have been looking at trying a stonger cycle; any tips on what I should take. Preferrably a low side-effect beginner cycle. Would like to add about 15 pounds of lean muscle and keep it. was thinking something like this: dianabol (thialand) 25/30mg/day--6weeks deca durabolin (norma hellas) 300mg/week--10 weeks nolvadex 20mg/day--16 weeks |

| look to build all over.. dont focus on your arms. as far as the cycle you posted is not too great... testoseterone is the base of every cycle... and thats all you need to start off... test cyp or enanthate 200mg-400mg week 1-10 have nolva on hand during the cycle and for PCT dont stack on your first cycle... start PCT 2 weeks after your last shot of test. |

| I was following the max-OT training routine from ast-ss.com and used it for about a year. Now I do more of the lifts that I like and change the routine about every 6 weeks. for example: Monday: Chest Flat barbell 3*4-6reps Incline Dumbell 3*4-6reps Deep Dips 2*6-8reps (weighted) Abs Tuesday: Back Weighted Pull-Ups 3*6-8reps Barbell bent over rows 3*4-6reps Seated Rows 2*4-6reps Wednesday: Legs!/calves Squats 4*4-6reps Leg Press 2*4-6reps Stiff Leg Deadlift 2*4-6reps seated calf raises 2*6-8reps standing calf raises 2*6-8reps Thursday: Shoulders/Traps Military Barbell Press 3*4-6reps Military dumbell press 2-3*4-6reps Lateral side raises 2*6-8reps bent over lateral side raises 1*6-8reps Barbell Shrugs w/straps 4*6-8reps Friday: Arms Tricep Push down(straight bar) 3*6-8reps Barbell Curls 3*6-8reps Skull Crushers (curl bar) 3*4-6reps Alternating Dumbell Curls Standing 2*4-6reps Dips till fail preacher curl 2*6-8reps Sometimes I will do a few wrist curls with a barbell and reverse curls for my forearms. Diet Not as accurate and calculated as it should be. For a general idea though: 6 meals per day( 2 coming from protein shakes) 100% whey gold standard 8:30am--32 oz of water 9:00am--4 whole eggs and 4 egg whites scrambled 2 cups of cream of wheat and a tablespoon of reduced fat peanut butter 10:30am--GYM--(45-70 minutes) 12:00pm--Phosphagen Creatine 12:15pm--50 gram protein shake 1:00pm--1/2 lb of lean ground beaf and 1 1/2 cups of brown rice 4:00pm--2 chicken breasts (usually from frozen bag) 1cup of quaker oats oatmeal with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and 2 cups of broccoli 7:00pm--1 1/2 cans of tuna with about a tablespoon and a half of light mayo 10:00pm--50 gram protein shake 10:30--bed My supplements are as follows creatine phosphagen no xplode optimum nutrition protein vitamin C (2000mg split up in day) Appreciate all help and advice! |

| The cycle A.B. recomended looks good for a low side beginner. If you wanna step it up add 25mg dianabol per day for the first 4 weeks. Forget the Deca for now. Make 400mg/wk of test e (or cyp. or sustanon for that matter) the base of whatever you do for mass/strength. Don't use the nolva during the cycle unless you need it (sore nipples). Don't worry about the bloating, it goes away quickly after the cycle and it helps your gains. |

| is nolvadex after the cycle for 6 weeks a recomended amount of time at about 40 mg/day? I'm concerned about keeping what I gain during cycle, granted I know that I will lose some. |

| I've read different opinions on this site, but I've done successfully hcg and nolva for pct and lost a little water weight but kept almost all of my size/strength gains. This is what I did. starting 1 wk after last test shot, 1500iu hcg evry 5 days 3 shots total starting 1 wk after last test shot, 60mg nolvadex per day for one week 40mg nolva per day 2nd week 20mg nolva per day 3rd week It is definitely worth noting that I had Arimidex on hand during the cycle and took 1/2 a tab every 3rd day for the final 2 weeks of the test and the week of taking nothing so estrogen was already pretty much under control at the start of pct. |

| Swales says that more than 500IU per dose HCG kills leydig cells. Of course he's in the HCG during, not PCT camp also (as I'm sure you're aware). |

| 60 could have been overkill. All I know is it worked by every subjective measurement. All my lifts stayed very close to where they were, I lost a little weight ( like 8lbs of 23 gained) but my size stayed very close, my dick worked (the ultimate test, lol) and within 3-4 weeks I was making natural gains again. I may knock the 60 to 40 next time, I didn't seem to have any sides from nolva though. |

| HCG shoudl be taken only during the cycle, not for PCT... the only time HCG is to be taken for PCT if your cruising on a low dose of test, var, proviron. As known, HCG post cycle can prevent you from recovering AKS as I posted before all you need is between 200mg to 400mg of test... peopel say to stack it or increase the dose because it "hasnt" worked for them etc.. the reason it doesnt work for them is because they lack diet and right training program so they look at steroids for the answers. I wouldnt take nolva during the cycle unles you notice bad sides. As far as diet and training bro I'll have to go over that later and get back to you... I'll send you a PM with my critque |
