What do you guys think about the frequency of injections?

doing 500/week of test cypionate.

since the half life of cyp. is eight days should I go twice a week or once a week.

Would be lifting mon-fri. Initially planned injection for Sunday Evening. Feedback on this??

yehah twice a week... the mroe stable your blood levls are the easier a cycle is....that is why alot of guys have issues with shorter ester and gonig EOfD the sohrt esters give you spikes and luls... I notice it most with suspension
