| I have only done maybe 1 or 2 cycles per year in the past. There will be 3 - 4 months between each of the above. After this I think that I am finished with it. |

| i go 8-10 weeks on 8-10 weeks off. but i've only been on 2 cycles and a 3rd as of now. going to go 9 week then 8 weeks off then do a 14weeker for a show in april. hopefully going to get on stage at a shredded 220lbs. im about 6'0" so i need to be 245+ at 10% to hit that. Operation 250!! im 224.5 at 13% as of now |

| I'd like to hear more about your cycles and your progress. I have been on sust at 500mg a week for about 5 weeks now. Gained about 16lbs so far and strength has gone up a fair bit. |

| 190lbs pounds and did a 9 week Test/EQ. got up to 216lbs and then lost 4lbs. did a test only cycle 8 weeks after that got up to 231lbs and dropped to 228lbs. i lost some fat in the middle so i got down to about 222-223lbs then started my test/deca/suspension(14 days) on Monday and im at 224.5 now. water weight... |

| not all at once. you stop prop and deca 4 weeks out and start masteron primo etc... something along those lines. alot of stopping and starting new ones |

| I really want to transform this year, that's why I planned on so much. The last of the goodies should arrive shortly and then I am ready to go with no wondering where crap will come from... And it is all with my wife's blessing to boot! |

| SIMPLE MATH HERE GUYS... only 52 weeks in a year...52 weeks minus 10 weeks leaves 42 weeks. 3 months off =12 weeks. now we are down to 30 weeks 30 weeks minus your next 12 week cycle leaves 18 weeks. 3 months off leaves you 6 weeks, so you are still only doing 2 cycles a friggen year! heysus christo! |

| i just got done with a 10 week sust and decca stack at 1100 mg per week. gained 21.5 pounds after 2 weeks of bein off i lost 5 pounds. i started at 160lbs and im 6'. pretty skinny. in 2 more weeks im startin a sust and eq stack for about 6 weeks and then done till feb or march. tryin to reach 200 pounds and be lean. |

| first off start your own thread. second at 160 lbs and 6', you had no business using steroids. third a 6 week cycle containing eq is worthless and fourth, welcome to bbforums.com |

| Depends on how advanced you are. I see so many kids with only 1-3 years natural training gassing up...mistake #1. And then I see guys who look like nothing after a few cycles getting desperate and cycling 4x a year...mistake #2. Unless you are benching 500+ and squatting and dead lifting 700+ you have no need for more than two 8-10 week cycles a year. |

| I have been reading numerious posting on cycling and hoping to find someone that has an issue close to mine, no luck. I'm 36 yoa, 195 lbs, 6'2", body fat is (guessing) mid to low teens and been working out for years (since 1990, after joining the marines)and tried aftermarket supplerments from GNC stores off and on for years, again no luck. I'm not going to grow any bigger and unable to gain and show muscle mass without a little help. I had tried strickly lifting, diet and gained about 10 lbs, but once i start running i lose it. So, what I'm looking for are reccommendation on different and/or best cycles for a beginner. (Sust/deca or sust/deca or test cyp or windstrol/sust) My goal is to get up to 225 without total losing my wind. I never did a cycle before, looking to start and would like to keep the side effects to a minimum. Thanks for any help. |
