Don't touch AAS you're way too young, you're just looking to **** yourself up. Learn to eat correctly first. Give us your diet first and we'll help you, no one on here is going to help you at your age and weight you don't have any business doing a cycle. So bluntly..... Don't be a ****ing idiot.

posted by cowcountry
just stopping by but wouldn't the point in wrestling be to be as lean as possible and NOT gain weight?

posted by Ken
to all the responses: yes i have been eating well keeping around 4500 cals a day, around 180gs in protein and easily twice that in carbs, due to high metabolism though i have trouble gaining weight and muscle mass. in the past 2 years my bench press has only gone up 20 pounds and my squat 30... yes being as lean as possible is the point, but thats in wrestling season, right now im looking to gain strength before cutting. The cycle was given to me by a friend of mine who was the 119 lb National Champion a few years back, so for those who say I have no business doing a cycle with my weight, even someone who weighs less can handle it. This is my last year, my one last shot at making it past State so why the **** not? And as far as I know they don't have tests at Nationals.

guys guys....atleast he didnt say i want to go on a dbol cycle only.

but seriously man, dont do it at your age. its so stupid and you can make gains without it. im with cowcountry on this also...i see guys starve themselves to make weight.

posted by Dex
cuz youre 17!!! want to have kids???

posted by Ken
I do appreciate the responses though, but instead of blatantly flaming give a suggestion?

posted by Ken
Haha yeah true that. But since I was a kid this was my dream and I'll do what it takes to see it through.

posted by Dex
yea man dont do it. im not flamming. i did it when i was 18 cuz of the peer pressure and it sucked. you shouldnt be that young and start it. i had problems for months after bro.

you think we tell you not to cuz we are assholes? no, cuz we know it will **** up your body.

posted by AKS
Here's a suggestion...DON'T DO IT! I don't get it, when I was 17 I was overflowing with hormones I never even thought about gear and I played hockey and ran track. Push yourself and see where your work ethic can get you bro. Twenty years from now you'll look back on your decision and wrestling career and be proud of going about it the natural way.

What do you mean "First time juicing but have done test a few times in the past with 5 years"??

Either youve juiced or not.

pro-horshits?

yep...

ok how tall are you?

posted by Ken
5'6...

posted by Dex
you going to listen if we tell you not to?

posted by Ken
probably not, i know it's risking ****ing my body up for awhile but it's a risk im willing to take. i'll take anything into serious consideration about modifying the cycle though, or anything else rather (besides the usage of dbol, staying away from that.

I agree with everyone here: time, hard work, and food are what you need. Eat like a horse and train like crazy each and everytime you are in the gym. Change up your routine regularly so you don't become acustomed to it. Try throwing in some decent supplements like creatine and the like.

Now, that being said. To everyone else here, we realize that he will probably go ahead and do whatever he wants no matter what we say... a lot of us probably did the same thing. So, are we better to tell him off so that he goes away, or are we better to offer a suggestion for if he happens to go ahead with the cycle so that we may possible keep him from messing himself up totally.

Dont' ****ing touch it bottom line. **** up your endocrine system, make you infertile, stunt your growth, ect. why ****ing chance it. You can be as strong as a horse in wrestling when you get to that level it is skill rather then strength. Even at the state level that's the case.

posted by Ken
skill plays a major part in it but i wasnt physically strong enough to make it past state 2 years ago, my technique is fine and isnt the problem

posted by jcvaughn26
Well then train harder and eat better. You have enough test in your body naturally you shouldn't be touching AAS. We have your best interest in mind when we say this. Some of the people have used gear for 20yrs+ that I know very very few of the people that know about AAS would ever recommend you use any form of aas at your age, and stats.

Give us your typical diet for a day, not what you should eat but what you do eat. Also give us your training split. What can you move for you core lifts (dl, bench, squats, and any other if you want to brag about a lift tell us that one too if you want)

posted by Dex
see thats what i was gettin at. if Ken wont listen then what? I would rather tell him to do something that wont completely F him up rather than shooo him off and let him die!

posted by RHNewfie
But then who wants to be the one to tell him "...but if you're going to anyway..." just to have him come back and tell us that his endocrine system is whacked.

5:30 am
dynamic warm-up followed by a 25minute timed run followed by plyometrics (tuck jumps etc.)
6:15 typically i get 2 bananas, cup full of blueberries and 2 scoops of whey protein and 1 cup of skim milk, with a bowl of kashi also with skim milk and 2 pieces of wheat toast.
8am to 9am - weight training... Monday/Wednesday upper body core lifts on Tuesday/Thursday lower body core lifts, and abs every day.
9:10am - 3 cliff bars, a granola bar or two, and 2 cups of juice
12:00- what i eat at 12 varies, usually the only time of the day i dont eat as well as i should
2:46-3:30 - auxillary lifts, weighted pullups eod, weighted dips eod, lats etc.
Turkey sandwich or two and some pasta if i bring it
3:30-7:00 Football practice currently, in mid November will be Wrestling
after usually fish/chicken breast/steak but i do get tempted to go to taco bell after practice sometimes ;x
9:30-11:00 30 min run down to my school followed by sprints, and a 30min run back (This is only if I did lower body core that day)
another shake with bananas/blueberries/2 scoops of whey but this time i throw in some peanut butter
for training on fridays/saturdays it differs, whatever i feel i havent worked on enough through the week, or if i had a bad day on a lift ill do it again....usually dont do legs if i have a tournament the following day. sundays i take off.
for core lifts my one rep max for bench is stuck at 275, squat at 330, deadlift at 285 (i ****ing hate deadlift) for things id like to brag about tho, 32 pullups from dead hang which couldnt be topped by any of the 4000 people at my school

Your diet sucks so its no wonder you cant gain weight naturally. You eat like a girl. There should be meat in EVERY meal. 5-6x a day.

posted by RHNewfie
LOL! "...you eat like a girl..."

posted by RHNewfie
You need to take in around 2g of protein per pound of body weight per day.

posted by estray
Seriously, that looks like my wifes diet when shes trying to drop a couple of pounds. :screwy:

posted by cwshorns
LMFAO!! He's not going to listen...sounds like the test has already stunted your growth and made you screwy up top, good luck.

posted by Ken
how many 6'4 state qualifying wrestlers have you seen? were not a lanky breed ;p...
as for the diet is there any specific type of meat, what times should i eat it throughout the day etc?

posted by estray
Yes, tuna, chicken, lean burger, steaks, fish, pretty much any meat thats not loaded with unecessary fat like pork.

posted by Dex
6'4? thought you were 5'6

posted by Ken
no im 5'6, i was making a reference towards his comment about my growth being stunted...as for the diet what time of day should i throw the meat in etc?

posted by president_fad
dude it sounds like youre over training too. Eat more protein.

posted by RHNewfie
Eat protein at whatever intervals it takes for you to get at least 2g per pound of body weight.

posted by AKS
Without the proper diet, all the work you put into the gym won't mean shit. If you correct your diet, you'll start to see some nice improvements. Also, try getting a protein supplement for after your workouts and at night and get a good multi vitamin.

BIG BUMP. sounds like you train like 3-4 times a day. 7 days a week. when the **** do you rest and recover? you don't grow when working out, you grow when you rest. I understand you need to do cardio to stay lean, but its football season man...

which brings me to another point, it sounds to me like you are on the football team for the wrong reasons. You're 5' 6" 146. You can't be seeing the field much...Maybe quit the team to focus on wrestling if its your true passion. Why put your body through that torture if you don't have to or really even want to? eat more, train less and watch yourself grow. I played football in high school as it was and is my passion. in the winter when all my friends were wrestling and making there way to state, which my school had 4 guys that would go every year and our team went to team state 3 out of 4 years, my big ass was in the pool on the swim team. I didn't really like wrestling nor was I willing to torture my body with dropping crazy amounts of weight so I used swimming as my cardio to stay in shape. I wanted to stay active, but i didn't want to do something detrimental to my main sport.

He's gonna get ****ed man, I'm only speaking from experience IF YOUR NOT OLD ENOUGH THAN DONT DO IT.

ken, you are a wrestler who is looking to take hormones to gain the better edge... thats not going to happen brother... strength and weight does not mean a good wrester, jusitsu, boxer etc in general.... improve your technqiue and striking ability, with that comes a trainer... you need to focus on diet and weights, their is a tonn of samples on here be sure to use the search button if you need too.. do you want to be at home in your parents house, sticking needles in yourself in the washroom to get "help".. not happening re-think your strategy... yes your young, and we all have been their but dont think steroids are the be all and end all... thread is closed feel free to PM me
