I dont know any websites... have nver used them much... ask in the mod forum or if dex would liek to refer you in the right direction (via PM) thats fine...
A general rule I follow is 2 weeks minimum to start PCT after your cycle... that includes everything, deca, test, eq.. however for the shorter acting esters just go with what is posted

Clomid is great stuff, brought me back in about 10 days. Makes some people really whiney though :-)
