| been thinking of next cycle to keep me busy and mind from thinking the worst about my mom.so gonns do test prop,test e,tren e need 1.5 cc eod and 5 ccs a week(tren and test e) want to find an injection schedule so that i dont workou a sore bodypart here is my workout schedule mon-back tues-chest wed-off th-bi/legs fri-delts/tri sat-off sun-off i need weekends off cause i do alot of heavy labour at work and need the rest when i'm off work.thx guys.lets see what you can come up with.also i have only done delts and quads injects so far.but willing to try glutes |

| glutes and chest are way easy to do. heard tris are easy also looks like a good routine. almost like mine. |

| thats what i'm trying to figure out but i have 7 day workout schedule and eod shots dont always match it.dont wanna shoot a part more than once a week |

| just pick and choose bro... how many places have you injected bfore?... i just personally stuck with quads, delts and tris.. those are just my favorite palces... have done biceps, lats etc just personal preference |

| i love delts,but only have 2.lol quads i will do when i have to but they hurt for a long time when i do.would like to try tri's but not sure how or where.glutes same thing |
