Hi, I'm 23 years old, 5ft 8, 225 Lbs, still 13,6 % fat (but it's going down) I was training for one year and a half, then I was out for about 6 months and now I'm back training for about 7 months. It's in a great gym and a great owner http://www.siggisegers.com and a cool co-owner http://www.frankcuppens.com My goal is maybe to do competition, but first gotta work on my symmetry alot more, left-right, upperbody-lowerbody. I got very big legs and calves. But my arms aren't growing like I would want to. So, is it to soon to start a cycle or not? I'm going to Bulgaria in 2 weeks and last year I got there Bionabol from the pharmacy, for 200 tabs Bionabol and 30 tabs Clomid I paid about 30$.

If you do decide to start, a simple test cycle will do. Test E or Cyp 500mg/wk 10-12wks, nothing more nothing less. How much protein do you pack in a day? Bump for rest of diet and training.

I think my diet and training are good, the gym owner makes em both for me. I'm first lowering my bodyfat to about 10% ore just under it. 7 A.M. 70 gr oatmeal or corn flakes with 30 gr Whey protein 1 Hi-Vite (Performance, it's multi-vitamin) 1 HCA 2 Whey Amino's 9.30 A.M. (before training) 2 slices o' brown bread with honey 30 gr Whey protein 2 Whey Amino's 3 BCAA's 12.30 P.M. (after training) 150 gr chicken breast or tuna 60 gr pasta 150 gr pineapple 2 Whey Amino's 3 BCAA's 1 HCA 1 Hi-Vite 3 P.M. 2 slices o' brown bread with honey 30 gr Whey protein 2 Whey Amino's 5.30 P.M. 150 gr chicken breast or tuna 60 gr rice 200 gr vegetables 1 HCA 2 Whey Amino's 8 P.M. 2 slices o' brown bread with honey 30 gr Whey protein 2 Whey Amino's 10.30 P.M 50 gr corn flakes with 30 gr Whey protein 2 Whey amino's This diet already brought me from bf 22,5 to 13,5 and increased my fat free mass from 191 to 198 in I guess 4 months. For my training it's changed every 6 weeks, exercices, days of training,... I also do training cycles, I do every year 3 mass cycles and 1 power cycle where I keep the reps about 4 with heavy weights. It's a 3 weeks heavy, 1 week lighter, 3 weeks heavy cycle. Then I take 6 weeks for recovery, higher reps with lighter weight. And then off to my next cycle. The only thing is, everything is growing quiet good, my legs are growing like hell, but my arms aren't growing. In the mirror it appears they're growing, but when I measure them, the last 3 months I'm stuck on 15,6 inch biceps, that's small. My trainer says, his biceps are the same for about 6 months and then at once they start to grow. His legs are as big as they were 5 years ago, but he got more quality muscle on it. I think the diet and training are good cuz he makes em. And he got about 30 competitors in the gym who he's following, and they do good so... He also has won alot of competitions, nationally and internationally, and he knows what he's talkin' bout, I think. So, I hope this helps you?

My take on your diet: Your drinking too many shakes and should replace most of them w/ solid foods like eggs, shrimp, chicken, tuna, salmon, halibut, lean steak, lean ground beef, lean turkey, etc. Variety is paramount. Also, where are your EFA's? As for running a cycle, I would wait as well until you have atleast 3 solid years of training under your belt, and a years worth of research on AAS. I'll also say though, if you do decide to start a cycle, I agree w/ FC that a Test only cycle is all you need....see how your body reacts to Test then go from there.
