| want to do a eq only cycle for 10-12 weeks. the eq is 250 mg. how much a week and how long and what other precautions do i need to take. im 6'0 177 and 24 years old. just got done with a 1100 mg cycle of sust and decca for 6 weeks and did a sust only for 6 weeks before that at 500 mg a week. ive been off now for 3 weeks. thanks for all the info. |

| i have a clue and i know what im doin ive done steroids in the past and aint no rookie. i know what it takes to make me grow and took all the neccessary precautions and dieted right and trained with a trainer. anyways if u have real advice let me know but if ur just here to talk crap than i dont need ur help. sorry if i seem like an asswhole but i didnt ask a question for smart ass remarks. |

| Bro. DO NOT use 4000mg of test a week. You are asking for trouble at that dose. I would not do an EQ only cycle. Make sure that you always have test as your base with any cycle. EQ has a long half-life in its ester. If you are going to run EQ I would run a cycle like this: T prop for the first 3 weeks at 100mg EOD(or dbol@35mg ED) T cyp 500-750mg/wk for 10-12 wks EQ at 600-800mg/wk for 10-12 wks. |

| i never did a 4000 mg test cycle. thats stupid i would never do that much. the most test i ever did in a week was 500mg with 600 mg decca. my sust was a 250 mg bottle and decca was 300 mg's. i did that for 6 weeks. thanks for the advice. |

| foreman i dont understand y u've said what u said so please tell me why it is so bad for me take roids legal or illegal and why it is ok for u. im asking questions because i do want to do this the right way. i trained for six years and only added 20lbs. im not wanting to be 240lbs and ripped out. i just want to add some more wieght maybe get about 190 and lean. i did 250mgs of sust for my first cycle in sept. then i added decca and upped my sust. so a total of 500mg's of sust and 600mg's of decca a week. from what ive seen on here thats not to much. if its to much for a lil guy like me than just that. dont talk crap and call it tough love. thats the dumbest thing ever and doesnt make sense. i dont know everything but im here to learn what is right and wrong. i would honestly like ur opinion. but dont talk about me and say that i dont know or even want to learn. if i didnt then i wouldnt be here. maybe u should have thought about that before talkin. so far im thinkin of doin 500mg's of sust and 600mg's of eq per week. if foreman or any other of u guys think that its to much or that it sounds fine or have any other advice please tell me thats why im askin. |

| Honestly, that's foreman; end of story. Anyhow, If your set on it lets perfect your training regime and diet first then once you have that under control we will revisit the cycle. Whats are your current stats? whats your age? Also, don't take anything Foreman say personally or to heart he's lacking candor and tact but, has a info to share. The bottom line is you are young and should wait but its obvious your stubborn and will not let up. Edit your post and take that sh*t talking off and start posting some current diet info, your training regime, and yourgoals and age? |

| You are being a typical American and looking for the easy way. Steroids will do nothing for a guy who has no dedication. Getting big and strong takes hard work, time, endliss learning about training and nutrition ect. 6' 1t 177 is really small, you can hit 200+ naturally and that still is not very big IMO. You are years away from being ready for a cycle....it is as simple as that. I don't expect you to take good advice because most guys asking about steroids just want an excuse to use them. It's your decision, I hope you are one of the very, very few who makes the right one. |

| i have to agree with foreman, although i may have found a more tactful way to put it.But at 24yrs old, 6'1 and 177lbs, you should be able to add weight and get to 200 without the use of steroids, you say you know what it takes to make you grow, but i dont really think you do. Also, remember that deca shuts you down, so you should always take more test than deca; i wouldn't have used the mg that you used with sust and deca on your last cycle.JMO |

| here is all my stats. 6'0" not 6'1" but that doenst matter. 177lbs. 24 age. ive been in the gym for since freshman year of high school but didnt really get into it till was 18. since then i have it hard and used trainers. i gained 20lbs naturally using creatine and all other kinds of over the counter inhancers ive taken and tried just about everything. i eat about 200 grams of protein maybe more on some days but 200 would be an average. my max on bench is 275 thats not alot but when ur only 177 i think its pretty good. ive never maxed on squat or anything else. foreman i dont want to start sh*t talkin or anything and was never my plan. sorry if i came off that way. i do want and need ur advice. if u have a better way for me to reach my goal please help. i want to be 190-195 and be lean but dont have to be ripped out. as much as people hate terrel owens i would love to have that kind look. so how do i get there? what kind of legal gear or GNC sold products do i need. i dont want to have take illegal roids i really dont like the thought of gettin caught. i do have dedication just tell me what would be best or what u think i should do. i have worked hard to get where im at. i was told to wait till ur mid 20's to use roids so i did or at least really close. except one cycle of test at age 18. anyways if i left anything out that u need to know than let me know and i'll get it on here. |

| What I would like to see is a new guy come on the site and post his workouts or better yet his training log. Then some diet questions. But 95% of the time we get kids who are probably 20 or less with 1 year of real training or less posting about some crazy cycle. Your first 5-10 threads should not be in the Anabolic Forum and if they are it usually means you are not even close to ready for a cycle. |

| if i shouldnt do roids yet or if even need to i guess i would ask what kinds of supplements should i take are there any kinds of stacks that work for hard gainers. also what workout routine should be implemented. thanks foreman for the "tough love" im gonna try it without gear but probably need ur help with all the other stuff. thanks for takin the time to answer my questions. |

| 9 times outta 10 "hard gainers" dont eat enough. i had a guy telling me he trys to eat 5k a day and he started telling me his breakfast " 3 eggs, piece of bread..." YEA RIGHT! i had hard gainer syndrom and i learned to eat and i grew. if you dont know how and what to eat there is no point in steroids!! post up what you eat and we can help you. and there are real hard gainers out there but for the most part i think its people who dont understand how to eat and train properly. lets see how we can help you |

| well mostly i eat anything i can get my hands on. alot of fast food because i work in construction as a rough in plumber. protien is only about 200g a day and calories i dont have a clue. my diet is way off cause i really dont know what i need to about it. or whats the best way to go about gettin all the cals and protien. i sill eat about 5-6 times a day. but like i said mostly fastfood. if i take somethin to work i have to eat it cold so i need to know whats out there to eat that still taste good cold. i train 5 times a week. i do chest on mondays arms on tuesdays back on wednesday legs and abs on thursday and friday start over on chest. im sure there is a better workout plan out there but havent found one and ive tried all kinds but dont what works best. thanks for the help. |

| hey man, I worked construction in the summer...I ate wraps by the shit load. Just load em up with lettuce and and meat and what not. Not the healthiest thing but anything is better than fast food. Used to work fast food, and it is sooo much worse than what people think. |

| u pretty much told yourself right here why you're not gaining weight and why aas or supplements arent going to do anything for you. Youll hear it time and time again on this board, the way to grow is to eat, and i'm not talking junk food. You need to eat more protein, try to plan your meals out every sunday and throw some chicken or red meat on the grill for the week. Keep it in the fridge for each day. I'm sure you carry some sort of cooler, if not, then go buy you a small insulated cooler you can carry and put ice packs in it to keep your stuff cold. I'm not sure you've thought any of this out, bro, i think you were looking for a fast way to grow and it wouldnt have done sh*t for you. Have you been able to grow on that workout that youve posted? |

| mon: chest/anterior shoulder tues: back/posterior shoulder wed: off thursday: legs friday: arms sat:off sun:off you can throw shoulders in on saturday if you like. thats what i did a little while back and i liked it. now on saturday i would do Hams/Shoulders. i also go by what my body feels. i know working construction (i think every guy has) is hard on your body sometimes so i'll take 2 days off in a row in the week. i dont do that anymore so i have more time to rest my muscles. do a search on a diet plan or what to buy food wise. cook on sundays and wednesdays and carry a cooler like cwshorns said. shitty calories wont make you grow as well as clean calories. yea i might throw in a burger when im bulking but you will grow from steaks and chicken. also, take a protein jug to work!! |

| i eat lots of fast food but i get grilled chicken when i do or a salad with chicken and double meat cheese burgers also. i eat lots of red meat, i go out to resturants 4-5 times a week and eat steak or chicken. its still not the best but its as close as ive gotten. i used to try the whole cooler thing but u can only eat cold food for so long. espeacialy now that winter is here. i used to do the body for life meal program by bill phillips. it worked great for about 2 months now i hate cold food cause thats all i got. i dont have a way to heat things up. when ur a rough in plumber there is no electricity to use a microwave or anything. thats why i do what i can at fastfood chains then when i get home i eat better. and yes my workout while on sust and decca helped me gain 21lbs. so i did somethin right. i hope. |

| i try to eat every 3-4 hours. sometimes its longer cause houses have to be done by a certian time. i take protein bars sometimes to eat incase i have to wait to eat a actual meal. they have these things called the south beach diet and thier kinda like a lunchable for adults they have about 24 grams of protein and 240 calories. their not very big so its really just a snack. they only cost about 2.50 so its cheap and easy. im gonna try the wrap thing i was i told about and maybe i can eat that a few days out of the week. i take cytogainer protein shakes about 1-2 times a day when i remember to eat them. im gonna stay off the juice till i can get a diet in order. how much protein and cals do u think i should be taking in each day. i read an article sayin to eat 2 grams of protein per pound of body wieght and about 4000 calories a day. does this seem right or do i need more or less of each. |
