Hey guys and girls! It's been awhile I know!! As some of you know I have been on the injured list for quite some time now, things are looking (and feeling) good so I have recently started back at the gym!!

Now here is the dilemma....

I have been out for a bit so I am in, well, let's just say I am a little "less" then in shape!!

Then, out of the blue, my wife surprises me with a trip to cuba in a little under 3 weeks... Happy VDAY!!!

So... I need to get in as good a shape as I can in about 3 weeks.

I was thinking of doing the following as an experiment:

Clean diet of course (no help needed here)
Cardio twice a day for a total of 80 minutes
100mg TProp eod for 3 weeks
100mct T3 for 10 days then taper down

I would take the last shot of Prop on departure day. Then on my return I would start my last bulk before the summer, 12 weeks of Test E & Tren.

Any and all suggestions/advice/modifications appreciate!

bro you might wanna hold off on running the prop till you get back....why run it when your not gonna get everything outta it....and second r u gonna run any kind of pct??

depending on how muh you have yto lose that could work

I've never run T3 like that alwqays tapered up then down so I can't commnet on that

it's a pretty short cycle but the prop should keep your muscle mass intacked I've always run propr ed cause I don't like my blod levels flucutating cause I'm prone to Acne.

just bust ur ass and u should be fine....how long will u be in Cuba because you should start PCT with in days of finishing your prop otherwise u can incounter issues

but I think ur experienced enough to know your body as well
