| Hi im 21 and im thinking about taking my first cycle.... Im 6'3" and i weigh 210 i ushally eat 2 eggs and toast with a protien shake in the morning... i work outside so i pack 2 lunch meat sandwiches, chips, granola bar, yougurt cereal bar, a muffin and maybe a few other misc. things in there... i go to the gym ushally 5 days a week right after work before supper.... supper is ushally steak, chicken, pork with potatoes fries or somthing along those lines. i take another protien shake before i go to bed.... a guy at work has taken some different cycles and has mentioned stuff i seen talked about on here before but since this is my body i want to get the most help possible before jumpin into a cycle. any suggestions on dieting like more protien needed or what not to eat also what would be a good first cycle im not looking to get overly huge but would like to put on at least 10 pounds in muscle...thanks |
