| I know you get a million of these posts but here's another... I am 26 years old, 5'10, 160 lbs with 7% body fat...I'm fairly stout now but I want to add some size...My training experience is as follows: 16-20 worked out hard 4/week gained much mass 21-24 gained a little mass 24-present maintaining current weight and size with 3/week work out minimum I eat a well-balanced diet with around 3000 calories, ~30% fat, ~40% carbs, and ~30% protein I would like to just bulk up and add some size...I have never used steroids before, but I am not making any gains now... Like everyone, I have that friend of a friend who "knows about them but don't use them"...so I'm just hesitant to take his advice. Should I stack for a 1st cycle or just stick with something like sten and do that for 6 weeks? I appreciate anyone's input. John |
