and should i still use Nolva with this small dosage
i dont want to gain an outrageous amount 10 -15 tops

Seriously if you are just going for 10-15lbs you can probably do that with diet. If you are going to cycle. I wouldn't pyramid and 1 week of dbol will do nothing it doesn't kick in until the middle of week 2 for most. I would suggest going with susta, enanthate, or cypionate for your test. I prefer single esters JMO. for the dbol go for 4 weeks at 35mg ED. Since this if your first go around you could put on much more then 15lbs, it all depends on your diet. Diet is #1 importance in my book whether you're on or off. You don't need nolva IN your cycle, but definetly have it on hand just in case of gyno. If you wanted you could take a low amout to keep off the water, but I would suggest l-dex for that and l-dex would prevent gyno rather then using nolva to treat it. PCT, just clomid is fine, although I think using HCG through out any cycle that is 10 wks or longer is a good idea with almost any aas. Get the diet dialed and you can gain what you want no problem.

Once you master the art of diet then training your ready to do steroids but only after your not able to grow anymore, you reached your genetic peak.

What I would suggest for a cycle is 250mg sust(or anyother test) shot twice a week.
that would be fine by itself. but if ya want to add dbol use 25mg ED for 4 weeks.

use nolva at 20mg ED if you start holding unwanted water/ and run it 40mg if you get any signs of gyno. nolva and/or clomid post cycle... start 2 weeks after your last shot.....

I think we were just about all small when we started. Gaining size and strength is the ame, no matter how big you are. The only difference is how to eat. Don't wanna eat like a little guy if you're obese, but you still need lots of protien.

In 2002 I fought in a 154.5lb weight devision and was between 155-160. Now I am between 170-175 6ish% BF. I used creatine and ate a ton of food. I no longer gain the 10ish pounds I used to when I started creatine but I think that is a function of my current size. If I stop working out and eating I drop weight fast and creatine wont put on more weight either. It is possible to make those kind of gains depending on your metabolism and genetics. I am definitely capped around this weight and the only way to get over it is to get fat. That may be true for you at 155, but make sure you push hard on the eating and workouts to really find out.

How tall are you? If your BF is 6%, then you are not "geneticly capped" at that weight. 6% is almost unhealthy and unless you are taking other drugs to assist in that, it is also highly doubtful.

I have been heavier, but my strength level was pretty similar to what I am at now at 170 and I was almost chubby. It just takes exponentially more effort to get above that so I guess you can call it a soft cap. Cardio is just as important as strength for what I do and I can't blow it off for 10 extra pounds.

The last time I went in the dunk tank I was at 8.4% which matched the caliper they did too. I am leaner now and am working on those love handles. I was actually going to ask eventually how much fat you need for a fat injection with HCG... As soon as I get a pic I will probably throw it up on the pics section.

At 8.4% you should not have love handles. That is very lean bro. If you have love handles, I would guess your BF to be no less than 11%.

It is definitely possible that those guys in the health department were on crack. I can get about a 1/2 inch pinch on my love handles and about the same on the bottom ab if I dig. Just curious, If you were going to try to build power and speed would you carry more? I have been pretty lean on the carbs but I will start eating everything again if it makes me faster and stronger. I was heavy and slow when I was eating spaghetti and other processed carbs but I was only lifting then.

And this forum crashes IE for me a lot. But that is totally OT...

Power and speed seems to be a totally different beast to tackle. You should be training either as a BBer or for power and speed. It is difficult to do both, although I like to throw Olympic moves into my workout at times. IMO, 12% is a good BF. You don't look like a fat ass, but at the same time, you have enough BF so that recovery is not comprimised.

What are your goals for lifting? IF you are looking for size, then your best bet is to do more of a BBing routine. If you are looking for speed and power, then you need to take an alternative route through power lifting or more olympic movements. It's about what you want. You can even mix them together if you like.

Our server is a bit slow for some reason. Whenever I make a post, I high light and copy what I typed just in case it has a glitch.

As long as it makes me better at beating people down thats my goal. I am not BBing. Most of my lifting workouts are group muscle lifts and I stay away from isolations. Low volume high intensity. My "dream" cycle is test prop/EQ/winstrol which are all popular with hte sprinter set.

Are you going to be competing in fighting or are you just looking to bully people around? There is a thin line between self defense and bullying people.

We have a member who is a ring fighter named tapout. He would be a great guy to ask what sort of training to do for fighting, if that's what you are interested in.

If I were to give you any advice, it seems that fighters use a little more volume. Low volume is great for BBing, but for a fighter it may not be.

I have been competing for a long time in full contact fighting competitions that are pretty high level. I also teach karate and self defense. I have been attacked in recent years, but I haven't had to hit any of them for a while now.

Part of the low volume training in the gym is that recovery is hampered by other training including fighting and conditioning to take hits. I would go higher volume if my body could heal fast enough. But there is so much stuff to balance it is hard to get it all in. Weight lifting is just a part.

I would def hit some power and Olympic movements. I believe the most important thing to strength training is to have a strong core. Abs and lower back work. Make sure you hit those Good Mornings, dead lifts, cleans, Squats, bench, chins and lots of flexor exerices.
