I am female and just started on Oxandrolone (BD) 20 mgs/day. I am 165#, 5'10" and based the dosage on .125mgs/lb bodyweight which is what I have read is how to do it. Anyway, I am looking for strength gains for an endurance sport that also requires strength. The sport is a long 5 month season. My question, what would be a good cycle for this kind of sport. If I stay on say 10 weeks, I have to go off 10 weeks, right? I am afraid I would lose too much in that 10 weeks to stay competitive. Is there such a thing as say, 6 weeks on, 6 off? Can you keep the gains in the off cycle. This is assuming I am still training and racing and watching diet etc. Just want to maximize the gains and stay safe from sides; and diminished results from staying off too long. Whew! Hope this makes sense. Let me know what you think! Gracias, JM

You can use shorter acting substances, like winny, anavar and a couple other thigns, and use the 6 on 6 off cycle. This is perfectly fine. If you opt to use something that is longer acting, like primo, then you must go longer or you will have wasted your money. Most women use drugs that give quality gains. They are easy to maintain and that 10 weeks off ill not be a big deal.

Great thanks! So are you saying 6 weeks is good or 10?

Whichever you prefer. Try 6 and 10 and see which one is better. Hell, why not do it 8!!?? LOL

Yeah, I will just have to check it out. I know if I keep training I can keep most of the gains in between. Do you think Winstrol is just as good as var? I heard you don't get as much water gain with it, although I don' t recall having a problem last time I used it.

Winny will acutally dry you out real good...to the point that it can make your joints hurt. Winny is much more cost effective.

Thanks for the info. I heard Winny can be pretty harsh on the female system though, don't want a low voice etc! I will see how the old var does for awhile..
