| Thanks robfromny. I also am 160lbs but my height is 5'9". I started my cycle this monday so I'm on day 5 and wow! On my 3rd day I couldn't believe the pumps I would get. I'm already noticing my muscles getting fuller and more defined. I really did not expect to see results right away. But maybe its just my diet. So what I've been doing is rotating the dosages from 20mg a day to 30 mg the other. The albuterol, eventhough it's not much as you say, has been keeping me up at night. I take two doses a day. I take my last one at about 11 am.I don't have trouble falling asleep it's just staying asleep. I wake up every two hours or every hour. I also notice that my neck and back (maybe cause I sleep on my back) has been sweating at night and feeling warm all over my body. I check my pulse at night and its pretty high but not as high as before it wears off. I'm thinking of stopping the albuterol or just keeping it only one dose in the morning on a empty stomach to give me a boost an hour before I eat. So now my question is should I stay on the albuterol or keep on taking it in hopes that I'll adjust to it? I realize that good sleep is a very good fat burner. Thanks. I'm open for any suggestions. |
