what are you taking pure creatine mono? or are you taking like cell tech/no-xplode something like that?

dont think that because your taking creatine you dont have to have as much protein, make sure your diet is well proportioned.

5g creatine a day is good
1g/lb of protein is good



and if your taking no-xplode expect to hear from "the masterpeice" lolol

nah i dont have any pics of me on my comp

im just saying creatine works better with a good diet, you cant just rely on it its not a miracle supplement its a natural substance found in meats and some seafoods.

How much water are you drinking? Without creatine, I am drinking 2 gallons/ day, but then again, I eat 350g of protein a day. Be sure to drink more water, and up protein intake, as creatine increases protein synthesis.

try mucscle milk your protien instake. It tastes alot better so it is easier to swallow.

bro If you haven't tried next nutrition designer whey you don't know what you're missin' ($26 for a 5 lb. can) also look into protein bars. The tops are met-rx big 100, myoplex deluxe & nitro-tech.

If you dont care for powder protein shakes...straight from the jug - the do what I do:

In a blender mix about 1/2 to 1 cup skim milk, with your protein powder, then add a small handful of frozen, un-sweetened berries (any type - fresh berries are great too of course, but i like frozen because it makes it taste like more of an ice cream drink - if that makes sense), and add a banana if you want. I usally add about 8 mg. of glutamine powder also as long as you take it at least a few hours after you take your creatine. Mix it all together and it tastes great. Adds a few calories I know, but it is worth it if you have a hard time downing the basic mix. Plus it seems more filling so dont have to as large of a meal or snack.

I dont take all my protein shakes like this, but it is nice every once in a while when I have a little more time.

creatine should work right away, but ur not gonna see physical change until like 2-3 weeks later, it takes time to grow, but ur strenth should shoot up like a couple days after taking it.

did you do loading or just start 10 grams a day.i think with loading it,you should feel it in about a week or 2.without loading i believe its a month

get creatine ethyl ester. blows anything else out the water. tastes like horses ass with marmite on it though.

Hi I'm using creatine combo at the moment, in genral it will take about 6-8 weeks before anyone will notice gains and or mass, I'm using a creatine mono in a pharmacutical grade, witha another product that has whey protien, gluatimene, and also a lower grade creatine to the mono and both together allows me to pump harder reps for longer, but everyone is diff. it's an aust product made by vital strength check out there web site !

I see the results of creatine (CE2) in one workout. I take 3000 mg a day and as long as I drink about 2 or 3 liters of water a day I always see the results.
