I need advice.. I am looking to get into comps.. I have been told it would be cool for me to try... any help and advice will be great...

i would find a local guy or girl who has done a few shows. thats the best way to learn IMO

go watch a show in the feceration you want to compete in

see how u stack up against the competition

I'd also recommend u compete in the "correct" federation... if your natty do natural shows if your not then don't do natural shows it's not fair to the peopel woh are natural

lets say you did a small cycle 6 years ago. And you've been training natural all this time.

Would it still not be fair to enter a natty competition?

well i am natural.. i do not take any supps... so i will see where there is one around... thanks for the advice..

aaron ure fine bro i mean you could prob ask em i wouldnt care competing against you if that was the case you know but there are some phycos out there.
