| update lisa took 2nd this week at her show thank God for Redemption 2nd show ever and she is a NATIONAL LEVEL COMPETITOR NOW!!! TTHANK GOD My Wife Lisa has went from 176lbs in March to 117 for her first show. She will be competing for her sec time this weekend. | She trained 2 Xs dailey and ate vey clean her reps were very high with good amount of weight. Her diet high protein low carbs very low sugars |

| congrats, looks like you have a very nice family. i was a preemie baby myself, though not as much as yours. i still grew to be 6'4, so i dont see any bad effects. |
